it looks to me like OSS is the aggressive BV. and that he and another guy called AFBL are spooks running interference for TPTB , banning bakers, splitting bread, discouraging anons from baking or even lurking on /qr/.
A year ago maybe more, someone added wr and abcu to the bread and these guys made a huge deal about it and started divisionfagging and making all these accusations that no one can really understand. They removed the wr and abc notables and there was a neverending fight over that.
Some of the /comms/ bakers like kekbees were persuaded or just didn't have a backbone and they joined OSS side, then they found themselves targeted too. FJ the Board Owner of /qr/ is either with OSS or he's giving them enough rope to hang.
my take is they don't want any other boards getting traction and they want to make /qr/ shitty and full of infighting that no one even understands so we leave and the board dies. Which has been effective.
A separate board /mnr/ started that had something to do with this and Jim mentioned them on gab the other day. Unclear to me if they're provided an outlet where you don't have do deal with OSS team, or trying to divide /qr/.
OSS was a group that did psychological warfare ops for the US gov pre-(((CIA))).
