The gold here is how to nav the chans.. (scouts/ta/flanks/u ops) … we know and love what we do, being a volenteer army. The recrutment lies in HOW to navigate the chans.. something unfamilliar to "norm warriors". TRYING to be clear here. the 'recruits know their job and do it with a passion. and they want to be more involved with the top-down backchanels .. Praise to the graphic warrior.., this is awesome. we neeed a 'how to nav the chans' poster once they land or else they're lost. sadly, most don't even know how to type in an address

Ok. I am (new)TA/Flank Anon… (thought I was doing that already) ; I've been lurking in QR since early 2018 (feb/march) and get ops from warroom for dissemination on FB. We have grown exponentially. How did I find warroom? saw a link in qr and followed it. WHY am I here? I'm 2-3 days into a 30 day bann so I have a tiny little time before heading back into the field. Between parenting, running a small business and memewarfare there is not a lot of time, I work usually 3am central while fam is asleep.
