Anon, please go to SV and/or encourage others. There is ambiguity due to the shelter having been removed at least twice within the last several years. The pavers at the foot of the black box were damaged/repaired, also, and this changes the match with Q's black box pic. Moar werk needed on this big jump forward.
Initially my impression is that the 2015/2016 notion is representated at this bus shelter. Fluid. 2013/2014 also in the mix, as you noticed. Might compare against 2.16.18 also be related to that location?
SV shows that at this location, S shelter, underwent changes.
In images posted prev the shelter had been removed before it showed up again. The black box remained. Clear Chan visited at least twice in these SV images. Important to be careful with the date of the SV images and not to mix them up. It is v easy to mix them up so understandable if there is confusion.
Still looking and keeping an eye for other sauces such as vids or tourist pics related to that location.
Anons have asked about easter eggs. This location seems to have produced moar than a few. Moar analysis needed. Moar images needed. The black box could be the key to the London Pics which is kewl considering how long it has been overlooked.
These 3 SV images show the same location, S shelter, from distance and closer from both sides. This is JUN 2016 and so post-dates the winter of 2014/2016. Look closely at the foot of the black box and assess how close of a Q match it is.
It does looks fairly close. But for the red bench. Might Q's pic be during the installation of the shelter? Or re-installation.

SV JAN 2018 is also fairly close match. Including 3 stickers. Excluding the Q sticker.

Gud eye. So close match with stickers in SV MAR 2017 and SV JAN 2018. Looking like the addition of the Q sticker was later - unless it was peeled off sometime after the Q pic was taken and before these SV images were taken.

London Pics
Time lapse vid of the last few miles of the London Marathon route, 21 APR 2013. First half is normal time lapse and the second half is slowed down plus screencaps. The junction at Northumberland was the 25 mile mark.
The vid shows the white shroud on the rooftop repairs at Westminster Palace. The shroud coverd the top of the small tower behind the clock tower. That is in accord with previous dig on shroud which was changed until it took on the form seen in the Q pics by about SEP 2013.

This drop was in response to Anon who noted a tweet from POTUS intended as a time guide. 2015.
The drop included the WW pic of the Wilde Maus coaster ride. CLAS_WW_UK_ACTIVE_T.png and that went back to 2013/2014 as per previous digs.
The drop recalled the previous pics of Piccadily and the other WW pic.

This drop hasn't garned a great deal of attention dujring the London pics digs here but it does include 'WW' which may mean worldwide but could mean Winter Wonderland in regards to the poor weather of 2013/2014 that caused the theme park to shutdown for a day.
