Whether Epstein was an actual founder of the foundation or exaggerated his role in a phony effort to appear altruistic is not clear. He is not cited in official paperwork filed by the Clinton Global Initiative as a founder or director. Bill Clinton publicly credited longtime assistant Doug Band as conceiving of the idea. [2]
Epstein supported the Clinton Foundation financially. In 2014 a whistleblower released the names of super-rich individuals who held Swiss accounts at HSBC. Pursuing the whistleblower's data, the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists then documented transfers of $81 million from HSBC Swiss accounts to The Clinton Foundation. This $81M included money from Epstein (and presumably from others). Epstein had various accounts totaling $3.5 million, the investigative journalists group revealed and, in 2006, directed $25,000 to The Clinton Foundation. [2]

We have some hypotheses to explain some of that … higher published death numbers means more awareness that China is bad … needed to replenish medical supplies anyway … bring back supply chain for everything … shut border and deport illegals … give Dem governors a chance to fuck up and they did … give away $1200 to each person and if /ourguys/ know there's a conservative majority it means people might have $ to donate to conservative candidates … etc. etc. Awareness of medical cartel deceptions, HCQ as existing effective therapy downplayed by medical cartel. etc

In my state I did another big grocery shopping yesterday to top off all perishable supplies – in case the faggot governor orders mandatory masks on July 1. Have learned to pack the fridge fuller than ever before. Some folks were wearing masks, some not. Feel bad for the store employees, they have to wear masks. Store marked with social distancing, plexiglas shields for cashier. Nobody said a word about the mask or distancing. I simply ignored it and went about my business.
Spouseanon and I have NEVER worn masks since the COVID began and do not plan to. In "vulnerable" age group, we don't GAD.

–It should present information in a way that does not repel the very viewer it’s targeted at. (Corollary: Know what demographic the meme is targeted at; there’s no such thing as a generic meme that’s ideal for every audience.) It should not harass, mock, denigrate, attack, etc. that viewer or their beliefs. Instead, it should present info from their point of view, the way advertisers do. Or it can be purely factual and ask questions. You want the viewer to (1) click the meme and be influenced by it, and (2) ideally forward the meme to others. It’s fine if it’s funny, but I personally have no use for the caricatures that depict people in situations they were not really in, or change the appearance of their face. To me, fake memes are like fake news: bad. It’s a fine gray line between memes that are totally true and those that poke fun through exaggeration or caricature, and each of us has to decide our relationship to that gray line.
–It should not contain anything that will get the poster’s social media account banned. For that reason, Nazi symbols and similar things are out. Swear words are generally unacceptable on social media. Even something as innocuous as the “middle finger salute” is considered offensive by many normies.
–You’re trying to reach normies, so you have to be cognizant of THEIR sensibilities, THEIR symbols, and THEIR ways of expressing themselves.
–Just because a meme appears on 8kun does NOT mean it would be acceptable on social media. Each keyboard warrior has to evaluate every meme before tweeting, to select memes that will be effective for YOUR target audience, within a specific context, and not get themself banned.
–I ask all meme makers to think about this: Do you confront and punish, or get inside the viewer's head to tease, delight, or inspire? Does it present an idea from viewer's point of view like marketers do? Does it get deleted and not forwarded because it insults the viewer? What about foul language? There's a time and a place for it…and it's a turnoff for some viewer segments. Will it go viral? Is it funny? Wry? Sarcastic? Surprising? Emotional? Beautiful? Elevating? Memorable? Insulting? Provocative? Boring? What target audience do you have in mind?

–Original concept was to tag memes in a way that’s usable across multiple platforms, without requiring any special software. Decided to name files with meaningful, searchable text strings.
8kun only displays a limited number of filename characters, so decided to run the words together without separators, separating different words with initial caps (JustLikeThis). This is not cast in stone; it was just a decision of convenience that has worked for us. It should be possible to search on substrings within filenames; to search across multiple folders (search in a parent folder for everything in that parent and its subfolders); and to search on multiple substrings. I can do this easily using the Linux Nautilus file manager; presumably Windows has equivalent capability but I never bothered developing a Windows tool set since I don’t use Windows. Searches should not be case sensitive.
–Filename strings often contain a major TOPIC, such as Obamagate, TrumpSuccess, ANTIFA, Hillary, BigPharma, Dems, Hypocrisy, PlannedParenthood, Liberty, Flag, Military, etc.
–If the meme depicts a person, the tag almost always includes the person’s surname. When it depicts multiple persons, usually include all of their surnames.
–I never name memes stuff like “You damn fool” or “Take this you idiot” (typical filenames given by some OC), because searching such tags does not locate the proper collateral.
–Short abbreviations are not very useful in searching for collateral. Even though it’s a pain, I spell words out (e.g. PlannedParenthood instead of PP). I do not assume that others know my abbreviations.
–A series of memes on the same topic often gets a numeral suffix. Filenames should be unique across the entire Meme Warehouse if possible. Otherwise there is a danger of accidentally overwriting an existing meme with a new one. (It happens.) Also if there is a .png and a .jpg with the same filename, there’s a danger that image conversion will wipe out one of them. So I really try to assign unique names.
