I'm assuming what is being referenced in pic related is Gain Of Function which implies potential genetic manipulation.
The genetic research that I have read suggests that the virus is mutating with each transmission to a less-lethal, more virulent form to remove whatever may have been inserted into its genome and eventually return to its natural "common cold-like" state.
Sure, the research all could be false and I would be glad to read a dissenting study.
If it's correct, it would partially explain the higher case rates and lower death counts. It would also shatter their narrative to pieces.
I completely agree about the faulty testing methods and think that more attention should be placed on that given that the current narrative rides on these assumptions.
I have analyzed the CDC numbers and what I noticed is a higher U.S. total death count outside the standard deviation for the 2-4 week period during the peak of the so-called "pandemic".
The question is what caused those inflated numbers as you called them. Q suggests that it was more than lying.
I've seen no evidence outside the establishment narrative that disputes that assertion and all the evidence that I have seen suggests that it was due to deliberate actions far worse than lying.

Okay, an updated version for your review. Here's the concept:
The large diagram is not a meme, but a map to accompany an article or a visual aid to assist in red pilling someone. The companion article could paint the picture of Trump beginning the 2016 race to Drain the Swamp, followed by a continuous and increasing series of (coordinated) crises, and ending with the revelation that Obama did direct the attack on the Trump campaign thereby committing treason. The article could setup the two warring sides, include footnotes, and ask the reader to consider the evidence. You Be The Judge.
A simplified meme can be created for each column and be posted in support of the article and pointing back to it. This current example may need more summarizing and style, but I wanted to get these updates in front of you guys.

No, I totally agree. That's one of MY old memes where I used American Captain. I abandoned it a long time ago because it was hard to read, kek. Now I'm a Futura junkie.

Oh actually I recall why I did that. Still open to change, but here's why.
I wanted to be consistent with the simple D-R comparison memes, which are some of my favorites. Image 1 is an old example.
If I keep the round D, I should sync the R logo to the latest version. Perhaps the maker is here?
Or could always go with image 2. :)

I get your logic there. I like the rat myself but it would instantly make Ds recoil, so best not to use that one. We can snicker to ourselves about it though.
I actually find Gimp to be much harder than PS, but I'm glad it offers that option, it's critical sometimes.
Way back in the day, I used to use PaintShopPro 7.0 and Powerpoint. Admittedly, Gimp is very hard at first. Once I knew what options I was using repeatedly every single meme, and put them on hotkeys, it became very swift. On hotkeys I have:
resize
fit canvas to biggest layer
crop canvas to current layer
rotate
drop shadow
insert text
add bevel (adds 3D effect to text)
paste to new image
paste to new layer
^ and flood fill (bucket fill)
and obviously select all (CTRL-A for text), and CTRL-Z undo get a LOT of use.
These have become so automatic that I use them without thinking, like driving a car.
It would be a pain in the ass to click menu this, menu that for options used constantly.
Anyway it has become my go-to toolset. It was strange how I lost the feel for gimp during 3 months off during the 8chanโ8kun host migration. But it came back fast.

I am hesitant to only focus on the negative in graphics - people want to vote FOR something/someone, not just AGAINST. The 2 sets of colors don't go together. I would go with the darker set, just make the background of each side the opposite but lighter.
This sort of makes me think of how Gina Shakespeare does it. short bytes on a topic, enough info to be meaningful but short enough to keep the viewer's attention.

But the outsiderโs message of Drain The Swamp resonated with the American People. On the campaign trail, he pointed to common sense topics such as a nation controlling its borders. And he highlighted the unequal justice applied to corrupt politicians, in particular the gross mishandling of classified information on Hillary Clintonโs private email server hosted in her residential bathroom on the open internet. He was a breath of fresh air for the people looking for a straight-talking candidate. The people may not like everything Donald Trump said, but they intuitively felt they could work with him.
Donald Trump faced fierce headwinds with national polls predicting a 2% chance of him winning. As his crowd size grew, the objections did too. โHeโll be too close to the button and will fire nukes at North Korea!โ And the old standby, โThe stock market will crash if you support this guy!โ Against these odds, the first-time politician won the presidency. Hillary Clinton was in shock. Completely dumbfounded, the establishment never considered the possibility she could lose. But the people weighed in and voted for the true change they had hoped to get eight years prior.
In the run up to the election, Trump had faced accusations made against him in a salacious Russian dossier funded by the Clinton campaign. [1] As he was preparing to enter office, the machine engaged to smear Trump with a Russian collusion narrative and calls for impeachment began. Incoming National Security Advisor General Michael Flynn was thrown into the mix when he asked the Russian ambassador not to allow the Obama administration to impede the incoming Trump administration, and plead guilty to lying to the FBI. A plea he later retracted. General Flynn and others involved in the Trump campaign were now involved in the setup and the machine doubled-down on the Trump-Russian collusion narrative.
All of this came after years of Clinton coziness with Russia. Who can forget the cringe-worthy reset button Hillary Clinton presented to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, or Bill Clintonโs $500,000 speeches, or the Uranium One scandal in which the Obama administration signed over 20% of US uranium production capacity to the mining arm of the Russian nuclear energy agency. But now weโre supposed to believe Trump colluded with Russia? The newcomer who had his hands full winning his first political campaign. The American Presidency. The Mueller investigation dominated the media for years, distracting our elected officials from working on behalf of the American people, and before it could have been fully read, a new scandal came to town.
Enter the phone call with Ukrainian president Zelensky. [4] Upon congratulating the incoming president on his win, Trump asked Zelensky about โthis whole situation with Ukraine.โ Clearly becoming wiser to the true extent of the Swamp and finally being out from under the Mueller investigation, Trump asked Zelensky:

An interesting coincidence, since this was the very same day the first COVID-19 patient took an indirect flight back to Washington and brought the coronavirus pandemic to American soil.
Trump responded by creating a task force led by Mike Pence, rallied American companies to quickly provide medical equipment to hot spots and replenish our depleted reserves, sent the Mercy and Comfort hospital ships to Los Angeles and New York, and shut down the country for several months to control the outbreak. And just as regions of the country were re-opening in a phased approach, George Floyd was killed by a Minneapolis cop sparking widespread national protests.
People took to the streets with legitimate outcries, but Black Lives Matter and Antifa showed up as well deploying to major U.S. cities to create chaos, instill fear, and destabilize our Republic. These bad actors overshadowed the peaceful protestors who were looking for justice for the black community. Well-intentioned people have been exploited by a well-organized insurgency that is now active in America.
In case you havenโt noticed, each crisis arrived on cue as Trump triumphed over its predecessor: Russia, Ukraine, COVID-19, BLM, Antifa.
Letโs tie it all together by going back to the beginning. Michael Flynn served as National Security Advisor for a mere three weeks but spent three years defending himself against Russian collusion after a 33-year career of defending our country in the United States Army. The charges against him were ultimately dropped and evidence collected in his case was recently declassified proving Barack Obama and Joe Biden had in fact directed the intelligence community to spy on the Trump campaign.
Could it be? Did a sitting president weaponize the U.S. government against the next duly elected president? Did the Deep State machine rally to attack the incoming president for fear of having their past corrupt deeds exposed? Is that what the last four years has been about? Russia, Ukraine, COVID, BLM, Antifa. Were these events orchestrated to hide from the fact that an American President and his shadow Deep State committed treason in an attempt to hide even bigger crimes and an increasing need to regain power?

In my state I did another big grocery shopping yesterday to top off all perishable supplies โ in case the faggot governor orders mandatory masks on July 1. 8kun only displays a limited number of filename characters, so decided to run the words together without separators, separating different words with initial caps (JustLikeThis). This is not cast in stone; it was just a decision of convenience that has worked for us. It should be possible to search on substrings within filenames; to search across multiple folders (search in a parent folder for everything in that parent and its subfolders); and to search on multiple substrings. I can do this easily using the Linux Nautilus file manager; presumably Windows has equivalent capability but I never bothered developing a Windows tool set since I donโt use Windows. Searches should not be case sensitive.
โFilename strings often contain a major TOPIC, such as Obamagate, TrumpSuccess, ANTIFA, Hillary, BigPharma, Dems, Hypocrisy, PlannedParenthood, Liberty, Flag, Military, etc.

Otherwise there is a danger of accidentally overwriting an existing meme with a new one. (It happens.) Also if there is a .png and a .jpg with the same filename, thereโs a danger that image conversion will wipe out one of them. So I really try to assign unique names.

The SF articles always feature very many links purported to be source articles but if you click through, the source doesn't always support what it purports to support. It's support by means of copious headlines intended to give credibility and they hope the reader won't click & read the sauce. So to me that is a potential indicator of propaganda and makes me suspicious.
It seems to me that SF is some kind of very complex detailed psyop that has been going on for a long time.
Yet I have found many of their articles truly insightful and timely โ while keeping an arms-length approach and assuming the interesting articles might also be spiked with important disinformation.
Would appreciate any insight into what this site and the writer "SF" really is.
I wish to evaluate the credibility and usefulness of the site, and understand who is actually behind it and why.
Like Debkafile was back in the day, when we KNEW it was an Israeli propaganda site, but we read it anyway because some of the info was valuable.
Like Stratfor was back in the day, when we knew it was propaganda but we didn't know for sure who was behind it or their true purpose.

Has anybody developed tools to convert between formatted text (say, RTF format) and 8kun formatting marks (= ' ** etc.)?
The manual conversion to create an 8kun pastebin, and a second version without the formatting marks for use on other platforms, has proven to be very time consuming.
Ideas? I could probably do something using search & replace macros on a spreadsheet, but haven't prioritized time to work it out.
I could try writing a script but I'm not very familiar with 8kun formatting. What are the main changes you need to make?

The requirement is to be able to post the same article on 8kun and on other places.
For 8kun we can reproduce AP Style Guidelines for example bold, italics using 8kun formatting marks.
It would be desirable to automatically strip out those formatting marks when posting plain text in a pastebin for use on other sites.
Another way to grab the 8kun formatting is to post the article on 8kun first (using the formatting marks), then a logged-in BV can click Edit for the article, and the Edit page displays full HTML corresponding to what's rendered on the 8kun page.
That might be the best way to approach this.
Haven't thought it through yet.
The anon who posted an article in PDF + 8kun plain text had problems. Their PDF did not contain a title. The footnotes were correct on the PDF but incorrect on 8kun. I had to fix 20 footnotes manually enclosing the lower case Roman numerals in [ ] and then proofreading that I didn't screw up the task. Was very time consuming.
Just thinking about how to improve our automation because we will be dealing with a lot of citizen-submitted articles eventually and want to make them look nice both here and on QResearch and everywhere else they get published on the web.

Iโve read the Atlantic article forwards, backwards, and sideways, and it appears the experts believe only PCR viral tests should be used to count the number of COVID cases.
So here is a takeaway I find nowhere in the Atlantic article: COMBINING THE TWO TESTS WILL VASTLY INFLATE THE NUMBER OF CASES.
The number media and government and related con artists deploy to scare the people and justify lockdowns and use to stop reopening the economy.
Therefore, Iโm not characterizing what the CDC is doing as a mistake. Theyโve managed to create the illusion that absolute case numbers are higher than they should be.
Somehow, these โmistakesโ always seem to result in worse news, not better news. The โerrorsโ are always on the high side rather than the low side.
My headline for the Atlantic article would read: SO HOW MANY COVID CASES SHOULD WE SUBTRACT TO GET THE ACTUAL NUMBER?
And the first paragraph would go this way: โJust when governors are trying to reopen their economies, a gigantic case-counting deception at the CDC is taking the wind out of their sails. The millions of Americans suffering financial devastation could be pushed back into a hole. Who is screaming to high heaven about THAT on the nightly news? No one. Why not?โ
"BE THE NEWS" is a proactive process, not solely a reactive one.
One has to be able and willing to detect the narrative in the early stages and formulate a fact-based argument to counteract it in order to minimize the damage that the narrative is intended to create.
Since it is ahead of the curve, by nature, it is going to take flak and be subject to disinformation, diversionary & demoralization attacks. If the argument is solid, it should be able to withstand those attacks given adequate support.
The objective being to speed up public awareness and understanding of the facts that are being hidden so as to minimize the damage of the narrative that is being deployed.
It is not waiting around for "experts" to validate the argument once damage has already been inflicted. "Experts" by nature are not ahead of the curve (except on the rare occasion), they are either on the accelerating slope of it, on top of it or behind it depending on their willingness to go against establishment dogma.
Not a fan of the supposed author of this quote, but there's plenty of wisdom in it.

In Libreoffice Writer, did Trick 1, forgot to do Trick 2. Saved as Text. Endnote section looks correct but does not appear in resulting text file. Copy and paste to text file omits endnotes too. Endnote tags within body are still lowercase roman numerals. Had to create endnote section manually by copying each endnote individually into a text file.

This speaks to the questions I had at the beginning about who would share with whom.
While I don't care about personal attribution, news outlets must.Their teams of lawyers make them care because there are real legal issues at stake for them.
I thinking about it, I conceived the following hypothetical situations:
Scenario A
I submit a work to outlet #1, babyfist submits it outlet #1
Outlet # 1 is now in a quandary as they do not know who actually 'owns' the content - to whom should they give attribution?
How can they publish it without knowing the correct attribution? What if I raise hell because they didn't attribute it to me? (I wouldn't but they don't know that) What if babyfist raises hell because they don't attribute it to him? (he wouldn't but they don't know that)
Scenario B
I submit a piece to outlet # 1 and they publish it.
Babyfist submits the same piece to outlet # 2 and they publish it with different attribution.
Both outlet # 1 and #2 have legal issues betwixt themselves.
This is not nit-picking, it has to deal with real issues outlets would encounter both in isolation and between each other (competitors or fellows) that can cause them problems. The idea is to not put them in a position in which they would experience a 'pain point' but facilitate smooth publishing with no bridges burnt. Keep those bridges in great working order to facilitate our eventual goals by thinking ahead about how our process can help or impede that and eliminating any obstacles to achievement of that.

IF it content is submitted as ABCU8, then no worries, it's coming from a single source (like AP). If content is being submitted under pen names (but not as ABCU8 or as from both but in an uncoordinated manner), that would or might cause a conflict within and between the outlets themselves for their own legal reasons.
IF content is being submitted as a pen/real name via ABCU8 it would also eliminate conflicts.

Me too, only I think you're better at it than I am. Spouseanon says I'm always worrying but it's not worry at all, it's just tracing the line of causes and effects to see potential outcomes that could be risky and can be mitigated against. Like installing a grounding system around the house because lightning prone area. Necessary? No. Might prevent some trouble in case of a rare occurrence? Possibly. Wash the car windshield - necessary? No. But might help see oncoming better if driving in bright sunlight. Etc. Take vitamins/minerals necessary? No, not if you eat the right food. But has a chance to improve health, and cheaper than doctor visits.
Risk/reward ratio. Playing the odds.

Well, there are those from AP who sometimes get the AP+byline, but it's still AP so it works fine.
I try to be forward-thinking (like POTUS) and specifically to accommodate growth later - it's all about scalability. It's hard for others, especially outside, to respond to changes in direction later, so if policies and procedures can be worked out early, while thinking of the future, it saves pain later for all involved. If we can establish the 'brand' early, then even along the way, if someone posts as John Cleer, ABCU8 along the way there is no shock or confusion for our strongk friends or their colleagues (or others who are not expecting us) - it would be just like the AP.
I see no problem using their own model and framework to compete with them, and honestly, it would be something other newsrooms/publications/outlets would be familiar with, so would seem to be the smoothest way to proceed from the beginning and even taking into account massive expected growth later, it will scale just fine. Scalability is really what I'm thinking about, and if we do it right now, scaling upwards will not be confusing to anyone, which means more success with more reach and more consistent brand recognition (our trustworthiness and replacing the untrustworthy)
With that said, change is inevitable.

doesn't really matter how, could just put that in an excel with pic filename in the first column and then people's names in other columns
there is even "machine learning" software that can do this somewhat automatically, but I don't know how to do that
then once the data is collected there are lots of tools out there that can show a visualization of the whole network of people and the links between them, and make it possible to navigate all of that
needs more research but writing down who is in each photo in an excel is a good first step

PS Have had REALLY BAD luck pasting images into spreadsheets over the years. You can paste them sure, but removing, moving, formatting, etc. is difficult or impossible. Not worth the hassle.
