Internet was totally down for about 8 hours with the except of 10 good minutes. 70 minute phone call with support. Diagnosed as needing new modem, supposed to arrive Wednesday. Modem factory reset, logon with support-provided credentials did not work. Hours later, turned on modem for no reason other than false hope … and it's working. But VPN won't connect.
So don't count on me … anon might be back to full steam later in the day Wednesday…
