It doesn't require a Matrix argument to understand why & how this happens. Just basic psychology. When this feeling of "who I am" is threatened, sometimes a fight-or-flight reaction occurs, complete with a rush of adrenaline hormones from their brain's limbic system.

We have all experienced this to some degree. Autists have more flexibility to adapt and consider alternative concepts and reprogram their belief system, but we too have felt threatened by uncomfortable info that we have to evaluate and decide whether to believe or disbelieve.

That's why Q told us to protect and comfort those around us. They are feeling heavy psychological discomfort as disturbing info comes out. We've been there, we understand, and our role is cut out for us.

I don't know how to find an article of hers that I read 15+ years ago.

She was secretary of HUD during, I think, Reagan or Bush admin? She uncovered stupendous money laundering and illicit money flows in HUD. Basically what she found amounted to deliberate diversion of addictive drugs into inner-city communities, in order to create zones of poverty, despair, drug dependence, broken families, etc.

I hope I'm accurately summing up what I recall from 15 years ago. She did a bunch of forensic accounting that uncovered all kinds of deliberate fraud and malfeasance.

I haven't followed her over the years very much, but truly respect her intellect and honesty telling it like it is.
