A SAIAKU board is a board with which the abuse of a specific handle is not deleted.
It does not forbid saying abuse but there is an intention which limits the place which says abuse.
I think that it is a method effective in restricting while protecting a free expression.
"It is prohibition of smoking here." but "smoking being here"
SAIAKU板は、特定のハンドルの悪口は削除されない板です。
悪口を言うのを禁止するのではなく、悪口を言う場所を限定する意図があります。
自由な表現を守りながら、制限を行うのに有効な方法だと思います。
「ここは禁煙です」ではなく「喫煙はここで」
