>Yes, so this is primarily for people with smart phones?
not only ON smartphones. also for people with lots of threads to watch
and want to have device-independent bookmarks and history. I've never heard
of 2ch browser support device synchronization. so it's available on a really
wide range of devices, it kills needs of syncing, and it need no installation steps.
>Maybe they are already banned for a reason, and should not be allowed around it.
ISP bans uses a big target. many innocent users will be kept banned till ISP do
something against troll and request unban to 2ch. imagine if 2ch bans "*.isp.com"
because there's no way to identify trolls from other users. p2 doubles steps
to kickout trolls indeed.
>I have an idea. Maybe p2 should use that block list as well. Then it might

I agree with that. p2焼き and per-server p2 lockout is kinda bit of overkill.
but as you have previously mentioned it needs lot more volunteers.
>Thank you so much for enlightening me on it.
my pleasure.
>I had thought that the maru worked well with ula.cc

sorry, I'm using q2chwm, a dedicated 2ch browser, on my phone, so I've never tried them.
