My health is good friend. Last September I was hospitalized. My heart stopped.
I was getting really fat at that time. My weight was 265 pounds.
Now I am down to 219 Pounds after my morning SSS, and running everyday.
Although I have not been able to quit smoking yet. I am able to run 4 miles.
I have a goal of running 4 miles in 40 minutes. This is the minimum standard
for the 101st Airborne. I have no intention of going back in the Army, but I do
intend to get back into Army shape.
