I read this statement as follows --
The deleters (削除人) were disguised as "volunteers", but actually were hired by Hiroyuki.
So most of them disappeared along with Hiroyuki and the deletion got paralyzed.
Now Race Queen will employ new deleters instead, using the money they rise from new ads.
So let's see if they keep their words. It's their last chance to restore the trust.
