I had made some comments about this when it appeared in the /pol/ Huma Hillary email thread, and was pointed here. Thank you anon.
What I found (that may already be common knowledge to you, so do forgive me) was that flightradar24 will keep flight info invisible, but flightaware will show the 'hidden' flight. Pic related.
