Sounds like an attempt to organize suppression of reporting suspected illegal activity, which is probably illegal. Do you often organize against people threatening to talk to law enforcement? Why would cbts fear someone talking to law enforcement? Shouldnt it be assumed we have already been reported numerous times by now?
