Neil has stated that he does not need the ledger accounts, but he does need the Bonds. Were the bonds to be reissued, Neil no longer can repatriate the hidden gold. There are legitimate GLOBAL COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS, though as countries have changed names, that is a bit of an accounting nightmare. Rhodesia worth more or less than Zimbabwe?
