I'm going to take a stab at this one. We already know that the Bunker Apple Yellow Sky […+1] translates to CBZT, which turned out to be the registration # of a helicopter. Don't have confirmation that it was THE helicopter, but seems to fit. We know that those words mean more than just the first letters. If they had wanted the letters only (+1) it would have been military alphabet: Bravo Alfa Yankee Sierra
Since this event has already passed, this stringer gives us more chance to align the stringers with the known event. Why Bunker? Does a bunker exist on Waddeson Estate that is not public but known to Intel? Was the mission to locate a bunker? Are there apple orchards, or even an apple tree to help locate the bunker? Yellow could be caution, but it could also be an identifier of gold. It is the usual case with gold to minimize its importance as is done with our reserves at the Treasury. They dont audit it in order to downplay its importance in the public mind.
Sky could mean the helicopter would come from the sky, but isnt that rather redundant? Why mention it when the helicopter registration # is already included? What new info does it add? don't helicopters pretty much always come from the sky? So I would look for another meaning of sky. Sky could instead mean that the location of the bunker and the content had been seen from the skyor could be seen from the sky. Q later says these words are a guide to "reading the map". How could they not be looking for a bunker then?
Q calls the people in the home and on the grounds "targets". Targets for what? Surely a helicopter pilot and a student pilot were not planning to kidnap 2 people in a noisy helicopter. Did they have word (from hearing everything in the house, including breathing)) that one or both were going to make a deposit into the bunker, revealing its location? Why was the female Rothschild "picking a flower" when she was on the way to a dog grooming show?" Could she actually have been on her way to the bunker and heard a heli and pressed her panic button to call in her Paki guards in the plane?

Fourth dot is bold = "d", Next dot is bold which becomes a fifth dot = "e", this fifth dot is also alone which = 1 or "a", next two dots are bold which is a 2 but shifted left by one being a double number represents 20 = "t", the last 7 dots has the seventh dot bolded (font), thus the total of the group of seven plus the one bolded dot = 7+1 = 8 = "h". You are correct that Article 27 of the UCMJ doesn't make sense as a reference.
27-1 could be a reference to Army Regulation 27-1 (AR 27-1), which just happens to be the Army regulation covering Judge Advocate Legal Services.

There were 3 cypher keys embedded in this string (ch) (^, g) and another dual cypher key & character in [… + 1]. 2x is a silent fourth cypher key in the 38 to 76 "doubling" which applied to the last character. Q kept changing the patterns on add/sub and also the method of add sub. But all stayed within a.b.c.d 1.2.3.4 coding. Q's encoding was the most complex on this one as the "patterns" were changing. Your example, in this first one, shows that you do not understand the ciphers that Q has been encoding. The "God Emperor" outcome relies on a multi-level "intermixing" of the base code "147588421" in a very erratic mix of (7),(147),(4),(5),(158),(88),(41),(882),(8421),(882).
If you understood even the more complex Q cipher keys, up to 3 levels, and 3 or more pattern changes, these were all "defined" in a "code cipher" Q provided to apply. It is not that Q had lower expectations, in fact Q applied a pattern series that would stump normal cipher mix patterns.
If I wouldn't know any better, this is either an honest attempt at helping, but highly misguided… or an attempt to greatly distract others.

DOD Announces Release of Section 1248 Report – Space Export Control Policy Reform Supported
The Department of Defense announced today the release of a major report on space export control policy. Congress requested this report from the secretaries of defense and state in Section 1248 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (Public Law 111-84).
The report summarizes a DoD and State Department risk assessment of U.S. space export control policy, which concludes that most communication and lower performing remote sensing satellites and related components can be moved from the United States Munitions List (USML) to the Commerce Control List (CCL) without harm to national security.
The report also recommends that Congress return to the president authority to determine the export control jurisdictional status of satellites and related items. It further recommends that DoD be provided authority to apply appropriate monitoring and other export control measures to individual cases, in order to most effectively reduce risks to national security.
“This in-depth report shows that the United States can safely modify the export controls placed on satellites and related component technology that are widely available, while maintaining firm control on systems and technologies deemed truly critical to national security,” said Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, Jim Miller. “The steps recommended are fully consistent with the administration’s broader export control reform efforts, which aim to build higher fences around fewer items.”

is very rich in guiding a person in how to read and translate in the new subject matter/method perspective of an abstract form of a chess game (people matching, event matching, news to who and what just happened, etc).
A good starting point is the recent Q notation of a "Bishop (cult)" who was noted as "recently taken off of the table" (see Q & anon response below).
For the puzzle solvers, look at the Twitter text copied post 112732 carefully. There is a code within the text that translates to "try qwerty".
I first noted it as /t/...... in prior msg - it was a parting acknowledgement of the superior talents & wonderful skills/Patriots of whoever the source - pure genius. Who knows, typo's can create interesting results. But the proven past in Q's posts have shown that the QWERTY keyboard has been a new tool in addition to the a.b.c.d 1.2.3.4 translation method.
Sometimes this means that the physical location of the keys, including the special characters above the numbers, all come into play in "fiddling" with combinations. That is one of the difficult parts. It is work. You have to fiddle with all combinations, including anticipation of what the answer may be before the actual code verifies it. That is why it is a good "test" to try the 'Bishop (cult)' analysis - to see if it can be found somewhere that identifies one of the Cabal names to a likely match of Bishop. This one example may prove that some solving can be done with just paper and pen & lots of curiosity.

I bet this originally and tried to get some of the YouTubers and 8chan folks to run with it and yes I got a little bit upset because I thought I was crazy and just ignored what I was saying so now I will present a couple of photos and my interpretation. I think the whole time Q gave all instructions and I were just skipped over. Instructions to build a puzzle. He said things like "think mirror image" "graphic is key" reference to memes etc. I have not read every post nor seen every picture but I knew enough to know these were instructions from my background. You see every post is a graphic,Putting them in order creates the main graphic and then you employee is directions and there were a lot of them. Couldn't sleep. Did a new decoding to try to help again. The 1/22 stringer caught my attention. Good follow up post's on this one including hours later. No glyph's tried yet on other items so I cannot comment on the graphics method. HRC appears multiple times in the One of twenty two stringer. A FISA / Judge is inferred in the stringer. In thinking "mirror image", some characters are symmetrical, such as "H". But an "R" or even a "C" is not. Theoretically there are eleven capitalized keyboard characters that could be "mirror images" of themselves, possibly less one or two due to font styling.
I've been up late and haven't done further analysis on your good input/response. Back to the graphic - need to get it right. That is the trouble with decoding. You do not want to make an error given the gravity of any inferred decoding conclusion.

New large Q stringer decoding. A high level intelligence source must have posted as the "answers" have a sophisticated cypher code embedded within the text.
The "intelligence" source reveals itself from the complexity of the cypher code. Thus the information provided in the post, as an "Insurance Theory Anon" is a highly placed source with the post semi-disguised as a "feeder" analysis. But, digging into this post it reveals key information.
An important note: There are two probabilistic solutions to the decoding. However, the odds of the secondary name set is lower (HC). I remain to be corrected if so, but there is very high confidence in this deciphering.
This Stringer is about Proving the Seth Rich Murder, the cover up, the "Insurance" stories, and the actors involved in the tragedy.
A key name is revealed that indicates may be a primary player in the actions taken in not once but twice in the code 187 (murder death kill) of Seth Rich. He survived the initial attack and initial repair surgery in the Hospital but somehow was found dead later in his room under suspicious circumstances. Thus the repeat of two code 187's in the decoding (the first attempt was "botched").

I just want to chime in on how some of these stringer messenger are a hell'va lot simpler than we think.
Take the RED RED stringer for example. The 'vC' after each DEC date show us a different between days that's extremely relevant to q' recent drops and the trending of AIDS on twitter today.
You'll notice that on four days the 'vC' is different. It's written 'vc' - lowercased. Might not seem like much but those four days are huge.
12th = [15] days away from the last lowercase 'vc'
17th = [10] days away, also [darkness] at ATL
22nd = [5] days away
27th = ???

NEW/CORRECTED decoding: SETH RICH Murder. This correction is a higher match solution to the patterns in the cypher codes within the message. Debbie Wasserman Schultz is the answer (DWS_DIR>) to who directed for the murder of Seth Rich (based on encoding matching of the two posted messages).
The prior graphic had a lesser decoding match than this one and thus should be considered as not a "best fit" decoding (i.e. not VJ).

Given this, I would say that Q was intending the Stringer to be answered with US SEN NO NAMELindsey Graham.
John McCain has been known to have distributed the Dossier to James Comey. This has been revealed in news stories. So John McCain is a "lesser fit" to a "No Name" (i.e. was "known in desiring to distribute" as he had already seemingly "rushed" it to James Comey).

Oh Heavens. That would place Chuck Schumer centered in the Forward Slash.
Chuck Schumer was noted by the "intelligence source" as providing "Support" see A11 in graphic). This same line has a cyper coding of "6 of the 9". 6-9= -3 and 9-6=+3. These land on "C" and "S" when shifting left 3 from / to "coerce" (making space and " the same count) AND shifting right 3 from / to "assist" (making space and the " the same count).
There's also a double character overlap in an Associative Match pointing to the double double of SCHU for both Debbie Schultz and Chuck Schumer. This would seem to specifically imply an equal footing of SCHULZ SCHULZ SCHUMER SCHUMER in the 187 187 code (Murder Death Kill) of the Forward Slash.

I believe you are mixing two separate lines. Line A11 has the "6 of the 9" cypher code (-3, +3), has "Chuck Shumer" misspelled with a missing "C", and the word "Support".
Line A6 is the New Coding discussion "Reveal" where the Forward Slash is located.
The Importance to having "c" and "s" centered on both sides of the Forward Slash line (A6) is that the Forward Slash is decoded and represented by the book "Forward Slash". (code 187 - murder death kill).
Combining the totality of these along with the lines A3-A6 (SCHU) and lines A10-A13 (SCHU) makes for a strong associative decoding of SCHU (Schumer) to the actions/support of the Forward Slash (Murder death kill). The key is DWS_DIR decodes highly to DEBBIE DEBBIE at the Forward Slash. CS is only two characters that are decoded, but supported by SCHU overlap with Schultz and Schumer.
So the question becomes, was the "intelligence" coding cypher intending "Support" to be equivalent with "Directed" in the ranking associative fit with Schumer.
The column of 14 asterisks could double as the upper vertical column of 7 as "Schultz" with the lower vertical column of 7 as "Schumer". There was one in Canada called CASOR but it would not let me download that logo and there was no information on it. So I am assuming it closed. Check out THEIR logo. Google Images.
