Couldn't sleep. Did a new decoding to try to help again. The 1/22 stringer caught my attention. Good follow up post's on this one including hours later. No glyph's tried yet on other items so I cannot comment on the graphics method. HRC appears multiple times in the One of twenty two stringer. A FISA / Judge is inferred in the stringer. In thinking "mirror image", some characters are symmetrical, such as "H". But an "R" or even a "C" is not. Theoretically there are eleven capitalized keyboard characters that could be "mirror images" of themselves, possibly less one or two due to font styling.
I've been up late and haven't done further analysis on your good input/response. Back to the graphic - need to get it right. That is the trouble with decoding. You do not want to make an error given the gravity of any inferred decoding conclusion.
