Found a better decoding in multiple meanings to "C""S". Codes nicely.

Given this, removed the lesser fit decoding and replaced with the new decoding. Implicates Crowdstrike/Google.

Reverted to Q's note message Oct 31 to identify "NO NAME" as John McCain. (see Q post below)
