The "intelligence" source reveals itself from the complexity of the cypher code. Thus the information provided in the post, as an "Insurance Theory Anon" is a highly placed source with the post semi-disguised as a "feeder" analysis. But, digging into this post it reveals key information.
An important note: There are two probabilistic solutions to the decoding. However, the odds of the secondary name set is lower (HC). I remain to be corrected if so, but there is very high confidence in this deciphering.
This Stringer is about Proving the Seth Rich Murder, the cover up, the "Insurance" stories, and the actors involved in the tragedy.
A key name is revealed that indicates may be a primary player in the actions taken in not once but twice in the code 187 (murder death kill) of Seth Rich. He survived the initial attack and initial repair surgery in the Hospital but somehow was found dead later in his room under suspicious circumstances. Thus the repeat of two code 187's in the decoding (the first attempt was "botched").
