NEW/CORRECTED decoding: SETH RICH Murder. This correction is a higher match solution to the patterns in the cypher codes within the message. Debbie Wasserman Schultz is the answer (DWS_DIR>) to who directed for the murder of Seth Rich (based on encoding matching of the two posted messages).
The prior graphic had a lesser decoding match than this one and thus should be considered as not a "best fit" decoding (i.e. not VJ).
