Although many more were/are detained, could the reason why 17 names were confirmed is because they are of special interest or further, they are indicted.

If I were to speculate further, why is MBS starting to release some detainees who pledged loyalty, but some (especially high profile) princes whereabouts or status remains unknown?
Could EX refer to "extraction"? Have these key 17 princes be key beneficiaries of corrupt congressman that have been taken out of the game via extraction or extradition to the US?
