Oh Heavens. That would place Chuck Schumer centered in the Forward Slash.

Chuck Schumer was noted by the "intelligence source" as providing "Support" see A11 in graphic). This same line has a cyper coding of "6 of the 9". 6-9= -3 and 9-6=+3. These land on "C" and "S" when shifting left 3 from / to "coerce" (making space and " the same count) AND shifting right 3 from / to "assist" (making space and the " the same count).

There's also a double character overlap in an Associative Match pointing to the double double of SCHU for both Debbie Schultz and Chuck Schumer. This would seem to specifically imply an equal footing of SCHULZ SCHULZ SCHUMER SCHUMER in the 187 187 code (Murder Death Kill) of the Forward Slash.

This rests on "Support" being equal to "Directed". Perhaps a note of this link, with an explanation of "Support" and "Directed" would be enough (this is a heavy "find"/"assertion").

I believe you are mixing two separate lines. Line A11 has the "6 of the 9" cypher code (-3, +3), has "Chuck Shumer" misspelled with a missing "C", and the word "Support".

Line A6 is the New Coding discussion "Reveal" where the Forward Slash is located.

The Importance to having "c" and "s" centered on both sides of the Forward Slash line (A6) is that the Forward Slash is decoded and represented by the book "Forward Slash". (code 187 - murder death kill).

Combining the totality of these along with the lines A3-A6 (SCHU) and lines A10-A13 (SCHU) makes for a strong associative decoding of SCHU (Schumer) to the actions/support of the Forward Slash (Murder death kill). The key is DWS_DIR decodes highly to DEBBIE DEBBIE at the Forward Slash. CS is only two characters that are decoded, but supported by SCHU overlap with Schultz and Schumer.

So the question becomes, was the "intelligence" coding cypher intending "Support" to be equivalent with "Directed" in the ranking associative fit with Schumer.
