As Julian has asylum in the Ecuadorian embassy in London, the official language of Ecuador is Spanish. It would make sense to check out the decodes that fit in a Spanish translation, including the observed method of reference pages to codes some here (forum) have figured out.

BTW - the georgia guidestones are creepy. An almost arrogant statement of thinking like Agenda 21 if I heard about it correctly (or at least the mindset of the text).
