These command list then represent pre-positioned tweet instructions.
It would be interesting to go through this list and correlate them with known tweets in Nov/Dec.

Correlating the timing/topics would let us decode the identifiers.
(e.g. which one corresponds to @realDonaldTrump, which TWTR account is "EXh29B," etc)
Patterns such as "CAS0R" appearing twice ("-T", "-T2") should correspond to a pair of tweets from the same account on the same day/topic.

The RED1_RED2_ may have been a "Red Alert" signal to all listeners.
Note that this was the 2nd "Q" post on 8chan, after the "Test Test" message that verified same tripcode.
So, it seems this sequence establishes the configuration of whatever s/w is sending out and/or logging the posts.
