The Later Seth Rich Graphic in 199269 does note that John McCain gave the Dossier to James Comey. Yes there are reports & lawsuits noting that McCain also shopped it around (gave to BuzzFeed) and possibly was the anonymous leaking to MSM to further spread this false Dossier around - driven by the desire to greatly damage DJT in his election prospects. The Graphic is a bit lacking in pointing this out (Sen No Name, yes is John McC). The repeat of No Name just above BuzzFeed is a leading answer to who leaked the false Dossier and further was noted as "shopping it around".
