Your example, in this first one, shows that you do not understand the ciphers that Q has been encoding. The "God Emperor" outcome relies on a multi-level "intermixing" of the base code "147588421" in a very erratic mix of (7),(147),(4),(5),(158),(88),(41),(882),(8421),(882).
If you understood even the more complex Q cipher keys, up to 3 levels, and 3 or more pattern changes, these were all "defined" in a "code cipher" Q provided to apply. It is not that Q had lower expectations, in fact Q applied a pattern series that would stump normal cipher mix patterns.
If I wouldn't know any better, this is either an honest attempt at helping, but highly misguided… or an attempt to greatly distract others.
