The column of 14 asterisks could double as the upper vertical column of 7 as "Schultz" with the lower vertical column of 7 as "Schumer". Since the coding cypher of "Support" vs "Directed" has a distinction, the graphic infers the strong "associative link" without the two names concatenated (i.e. leaves Schultz Schultz, but pointing out the overlapping/multiple meaning).
