I'm not up to speed on what you're doing but didn't somebody decode these lines

Q/POTUS-1

Q/POTUS-2

as POTUS-5=Trump, POTUS-4=Obama, etc.

My idea: What if the dash (-) is a minus sign rather than a hyphen(connector)? If so, POTUS-5 would be 5th president before POTUS, POTUS-4 would be 4th before POTUS, etc.

Just wanted to offer that as a possibility to consider?
