This is possibly a command to start a strike pkg. named strike pkg B. Then dt450=potus approval signature then confirm =yes and finally the next part isn’t so easy but the empty space is possibly the target and [+4] is most likely the amount of targets. On another post it said something to happen at 04:00 which is a little over an hour from now.
