warrant/surveillance info pieces that were used in the assembly of fake Dossier - and how this then evolved into a "narrow" applied FISA tweak to allow spying on Trump Campaign (by BHO WH/Admin via FISA using a Nat'l Security basis).

Why this is key is that the WH could not be involved with the original "criminal" basis 2014 FISA surveillance warrant & the WH et al could not surveil the POTUS campaign (rejected by FISA due to lack of evidence/basis).

But this info "feeder" into a fake Dossier led to submission of a "narrow" version Nat'l Security basis FISA (attempt #2)*, which then led to the grant of a widespread surveillance of POTUS campaign et al.

The key decode to this is found in "Carter Page" reference and "Eric Holder" link.

Eric Holder providing information to Christopher Steele (select elements for fake "Dossier" creation) implies that Eric Holder, although retired in early 2015, was working behind the scenes after his retirement.
