Could they have made a project bluebeam that affects everyone based on their mindset? which would explain all the odd things happening but some people saying they hear booms or it sounds like there is a air force battle over head with jets going flying around, massive exercises, some people saying they heard dinosaurs or dragons and other out of control illusions that induce pure panic.
Could it be that they have the ability literally cause us to suffer the same effects of the bat man movie scare crow poison that makes everyone break down in fear of their personal greatest fear and riot?!
