My theory is this. We are somewhat aware of the takedown here, and deferring to the lack of real evidence post I read earlier, I will continue.

Diego TD east (europe, etc.)
EU in a bunch w emergency meetings, Iran Etc.
Target 1 USA
Target 2 Iran
Target 3 Europe
Might be a stretch, but it, to me, sounds possible if not probable.
