My understanding is this.
The algorithm examines the picture for 32 different characteristics (or examines 32 locations in the picture? for image similarities?)
If 20% of those don't match, then the image is considered unrecognized.
So once we trick the algorithm with black boxes in corners, in several days they will retrain it to ignore "picture frame" and only consider the central element. Then we will deploy a different trick.
Q'MIC-Qt filter package offers lots and lots of image distortions, overlays, transformations that can change the picture more than 20% but remain recognizable to human perception.
So the deal is not to make graphics with black boxes on them, but for anons dropping memes to apply overlays or distortions every time they drop a meme.
We are not going to be generating huge libraries of distorted memes, because we'll have to switch up the tactic every few days anyhow.

Genesis I am sorry I did not get your viewpoint before going ahead and acting. I was impulsive and did not realize not all voices had been heard.
