Qresearch is a 24/7 beehive of activity where anons post their diggs, memes and prayers.

For this to happen requires ''bakers''–which is why they have been called "the core of this board."

Bakers perform several key functions:

but since i was focusing on the dough for the class, noticed how the organization's a little strange for pages 3 and 4, with memes spread out on both pages for example. There's more - but that's one thing.

 

Will explain more when talking about the dough (NB may have stuff too, but i have a little presentation to start things off).

 

But i came up with a possible reorganization that you can look at.

NEW BAKERS & DA DOUGH

 

The dough is important bc it's framework that "holds" the breads together.

Provides a touchstone for all we do.

But it's also complex. Can't be learned overnight.

 

For new bakers, can seems like a mystery if they're fairly new to the board.

When someone first learns to bake, they often don't know that much about the dough.

May be be fully equipped to handle dough changes.

What to do?

 

Solution:

  • while learning, ask oldfag bakers for help w/requests for dough additions/deletions, other changes

  • If there are no bakers around: defer changes until there are

(ask anon to make request in a later bread)

  • if anons won't back off: then they are shills (or behaving like them).

Don't let them bully you into making ANY change you're not sure of.

Sometimes anons push for changes at quiet times when there's few around to argue, so yes, if you're unsure defer it until later (in a nice way helps).

Connection is usually superb

but occasionally gets very awful.

Our ISP has had to send us 6-7 new modems. They always blame the modem and the old modem always gets better after the new one is en route. It's not the modem, it's the ISP. Last time, finally got them to admit something seriously misconfigured in their central office.

No, but informal schedules, yes.

WnB usually takes weekday earlies, doc usually takes it from 11 - 6 weekdays, I usually take it from 6 to 12 evening. Weekends we all take a couple, but there are some weekend bakers which is great.

If anyone wants to bake when I'm on I'm happy to handoff absolutely any time, if I know they're legit bakers.

I am really taking a long vacation from meming. You can't imagine how burned out I have been. Could not pass a meme without evaluating it and deciding whether to harvest, the typing names for each one, the processing… Doing a tedious admin task for 3 years was a real drag on creativity.

Worked on two projects this week with anons (not just me, other bakers too). Bakers need to track bc the end product goes into the dough; they can also offer support for new threads.

Examples from this week:

  • Meme Camo project: developing methods to get around algorithm that Q discussed

  • Aggregator project: revamping the list of aggregator sites

 

Results:

  • Memo Camo fags now have a new thread in /qr/ and a link in the dough.

  • Aggregator list has been developed by collector anon; it's about ready to put in the dough. He just dropped it here TODAY: <<25804

And I hope bakers realize gerbil is one person, but there are good Digital Soldier anons who are in no way allied with gerbil even though they tried to work with him for a couple of months. It fell apart because all the others had deep distrust of gerbil/ec. They left him and went somewhere else.

I didn't start it, but I was one of the anons working it. Gerbil started it I believe. We all thought maybe we could steer him and guide his behavior, but over and over and over he would do something that reflected badly upon the entire team. It is possible that he is merely nuts (like, maybe some kind of manic personality type or uppers).

It is also possible that he was deliberately infiltrating QR by using "weird" hashtags that get social media anons instantly identified and banned. Also by turning on anons so it makes it look like others are part of what he is doing, causing good/sincere anons to be discredited.

Haven't made up my mind which it is. Maybe both.

I 'think' the purpose of being 'quirky' is so that other people cannot quite pin you down. sometimes helps just to realize that when Q posts many drops at the same time, it may take a while to get everything just right. new bakers don't have to feel like they screwed up just because they missed a drop or messed up the formatting (etc). anons will let bakers know and other bakers can help, just ask.

I think maybe many anons are confused recalling that Q once said the whole world would be coming there? Something like that. That's not what's happening. And it's OK. KEK, well I always get that adrenaline. 2 hrs? That is insane. But I always feel uplifted for the rest of the day, after baking. But yeah that adrenaline rush will get you. Kind of addicting tho. But once you get a feel for it, you will at least be able to pull it off smoothly, despite the adrenaline. I pretend all that energy goes to my fingertips. Sometimes cursing the shills and the situation helps. kek I get all kind of excited and worked up. And of course you figure out best times to start baking. I always start my new dough immediately and have it broken into pages in my notepad. Already copied and ready to grab for the bake. I can do it pretty fast this way. Next time, I'm gonna pull a second page of my new bake and grab the fresh link , while the dough post is posting. Cuz it often hangs for a minute and delays me getting the link quick enough, if I bake late. Just cuz a lot of times I upload an mp4. Takes a little longer. But yeah baking too late will cause heart failure, so don't do that too much. kek. Also, if doc is helping you, you can't go wrong!

This time, ''anons dig - and find evidence suggesting not only that QAnon had never been designated by the FBI as a domestic terror org (FBI cannot make this designation) but that the whole Yahoo story may have been a Yahoo in-house fabrication (something Praying Medic suspected all along).

- It's likely that the MSM will continue to toss out this FALSE CLAIM - which could be extremely damaging to POTUS. Have taught tech writing, same scenario. To write well requires practice and people don't get enough in school. They think they know what it is bc of the way they were taught (doing journaling and other free-form writing). Not lazy so much as unused to being very thorough. And not knowing how to organize complex material.

CTRL+C = copy

CTRL+X = delete

CTRL+Z = undo last

only in the past few years discovered one moar VERY VERY useful shortcut that now gets constant use:

 

CTRL+A = select all

 

Use it to select everything in the Quick Reply window after selecting proposed headline and clicking post #, e.g.

The list I made long ago was a shirtlist of how to be effective on social media with the knowledge we then had. What time, use tweetdeck, do not post the same tweet, use memes, do not spam, always add @realdonaldtrump because “they arent allowed to filter that” etc. Simple stuff. As to hashtags: it was recommeded then to always add #wwg1wga or #qanon so that others could find and follow you. This is a part of how we grew. I have musings on why it was shut down, me and a few other meme/photofags REALLY laid out some truth in there about metadata, layers, flattening pics, how to save save and save to clear where it originally came from, remove it from PS (photoshop) or illuminate layers being saved etc.

 

Thought is it could have been /team/ that took it down because as much info helps us, it can also help the enemy. Funny seeing Pantifa talk about hiding their pics from when they were at riots and ridding them from the metadata.. I kek cause we were talking about this in the thread 2 yrs ago..

Almost since Q began posting in Oct 2017, Q opponents began cropping up, initially mainly within the MSM. At first, they treated Q as a silly larp who could be ridiculed and thus discredited. But instead, the movement grew. On 8-1-2018, the MSM declared war on Q, flooding media outlets all over the US with the fake story that Q was a dangerous, right-wing conspiracy that must be opposed at every turn.

worked on truck last night, got to the end, noticed a slider on my caliper was LOCKED UP solid, seized so nothing I could do, got online.. everything was to be delivered next Wednesday, all parts stores aside from 1 didn't have it, had to wake up this morning, go on my bike to pick it up.. bout a 45 min bike ride, got it, got it on, then went to the job late, got off after 8pm, bout to head to bed cause another job starts tomorrow, emergency job where a cabinet maker said they could do a texture on a ceiling and royally fucked it up, so I was hired as "emergency" to get it righted before the crown trim and cabinets go up.. feck. Work is work and after nothing for first 5.5months this year.. it is like no breathing room..

I really don't see any reason why we should not self-organize into 'cells' the same way anarchists to. Basically what Q suggested. It has happened organically due to natural pressures. Disperse, hide under rocks and behind bushes, signals to recognize one another, trusted allies, memory of history together provides ways to recognize each other…

Who continues pushing for all the anons to be locked into one single gathering place? Scare and shame tactics pushing "just one board". Cui bono? It benefits the shills. So they can keep the breads moving too fast for anyone to talk or plan or think. So they can keep telling anons what to do. So they can more readily psyop us with subliminal images, distractions, fake news, kayfabe, whatever the shill tactic of the day.

Analogy. The original meme warehouse was just one single link to the whole collection, that made us vulnerable, and when attacked (the spurious copyright claim against that single link), the whole collection came down. Then MF moved it around and divided it into smaller collections ('folders') even though they were all in a single mega account, only MF kept the key to the top level. Worked for a long time until they decided to go after MF.

Distributed anons in multiple workplaces, instead of centralized-and-easy-to-attack, seems a better choice at this point IMO.

It's trickier to keep straight in our heads but helps preserve our ability to get some work done.

I keep a lot of tabs open these days because several different teams and activities need liaison. (But when baking, use a clean workspace without the distraction of too many open tabs).

The namefagging/famefagging and blown up self importance of people outside of these boards. WR was the most obvious, but I have heard, even since then, of how another place, that is supported BY QR, is doing far more than anything done here. If that is the case, cut the chord.

 

I came from a place where they thought their shit didnt stink but QR did. To the point that they believed not only were they doing more and better work, but that an oracle was telling them what the drops ment. It pissed me off that they would even consider the people who Q not only came to, but still does, as somehow

inferior.

Im against namefagging and im against famefagging. If its done, im against you. I prefer to make things simple, it makes target identification much easier.

 

I am against on principle others who break away and cloister, continuing to be connected to here. If they wish to do that, its fine and I wish them well. However when they come into here and recruit, its wrong. Take what you need FROM here and incorporate what you find into your own designs. But the herding and the recruiting has to be handled, imo.

 

Already Q has indicated that the message is getting lost in US. That WE are becoming the message and not HIS message. That means he has to work harder to get around this group of unheardable cats. It makes us an issue not an ally.

the only skin I have in any of this is the meme camo project

so when someone suggested a thread, it made sense to me off top of head

Sorry man, I passed out last night after calling out NG for doing nothing wrong. This is why this shit is so annoying, it causes distrust between us, for me at least. It seems any more we really are under constant attack. I've made my position clear as to what I think the best course of action is, remove it all and ask for Stickies on /QR/ I created a new Side by Side and FJ stickied it within a couple days. In the end it isn't my decision though.

 

Also, I think if we had the kitchen META on /QR/ more anons may start baking due to more involvement in the conversation.

re cee as gerbil: my only comment is this - we all have 'feelz' about certain things but if it's only that and there is no hard evidence, often better to watch and wait bc otherwise. i see a lot but say little until there is a compelling reason to do so and i have solid evidence, bc we are talking about people's reputations in a public forum. Here is my 2cents: the core gp in the kitchen has worked very well with one another for a long time. other bakers come and go but core gp is still here - and is very tight in a good way. there is no problem.
