Qresearch is a 24/7 beehive of activity where anons post their diggs, memes and prayers.

For this to happen requires ''bakers''–which is why they have been called "the core of this board."

Bakers perform several key functions:

* Set the tone for each bread via their choice of bread title and /comms/ with posters.

* Post notables for each bread.

* Bake breads (transition the board from one thread to the next).

* Knead the dough (keeping the resource pages clean, tidy, and up-to-date).

• have to deal with anon requests for dough changes

• have to figure out whether a dough change is the best thing (mebbe consult anons, other bakers)

NEW BAKERS & DA DOUGH

The dough is important bc it's framework that "holds" the breads together.

Provides a touchstone for all we do.

But it's also complex. Can't be learned overnight.

For new bakers, can seems like a mystery if they're fairly new to the board.

When someone first learns to bake, they often don't know that much about the dough.

May be be fully equipped to handle dough changes.

What to do?

Solution:

• while learning, ask oldfag bakers for help w/requests for dough additions/deletions, other changes

• If there are no bakers around: defer changes until there are

(ask anon to make request in a later bread)

• if anons won't back off: then they are shills (or behaving like them).

Don't let them bully you into making ANY change you're not sure of.

Acquiring dough 'know how' is something to work on after a baker has acquired the basics.

Worked on two projects this week with anons (not just me, other bakers too). Bakers need to track bc the end product goes into the dough; they can also offer support for new threads.

Examples from this week:

• Meme Camo project: developing methods to get around algorithm that Q discussed

• Aggregator project: revamping the list of aggregator sites

Results:

• Memo Camo fags now have a new thread in /qr/ and a link in the dough.

• Aggregator list has been developed by collector anon; it's about ready to put in the dough. He just dropped it here TODAY: <<25804

Please note: resources have to be moved off /qresearch/ because of it's VERY short shelf life (less than 2 weeks).

This thread is to document and refute attacks aimed at Q & Q supporters. The primary aim is to dig on external attacks by influential anti-Q writers, speakers and politicians within the MSM, social media, corporations and government.

Almost since Q began posting in Oct 2017, Q opponents began cropping up, initially mainly within the MSM. At first, they treated Q as a silly larp who could be ridiculed and thus discredited. But instead, the movement grew. On 8-1-2018, the MSM declared war on Q, flooding media outlets all over the US with the fake story that Q was a dangerous, right-wing conspiracy that must be opposed at every turn.

On 9-12-2018, Reddit suddenly removed the very popular Great Awakening sub-reddit, leaving many Q supporters in the lurch. Q pointed the community to Voat and Qresearch as alternatives but the attacks continued - and escalated. opinions vary about the function of /qr/ and what ought and ought not to be "linked" to it. but /qr/ anons have established other sites like wearethene.ws and qresear.ch that are very good. wasn't around when qresear.ch went up but wearethene.ws was STRONGLY opposed initially for the same reasons you see expressed here. Had to kind of "ease in" til anons got to see it was a good site that totally supported /qr/.

more generally, the kitch can be somewhat uh tumuluous, and bakers can express strong opinions at times. but comments are seldom truly personal and disagreements tend to blow over after a while. Remember why we are here - and it's not to fight over trifles.

new meme board looks good from my perspective, we needed something to replace what was taken down - and u answered the call. Having a separate board enables the specialization of content with separate threads. Elegant solution, imo. Be patient, things will settle. If any problems were to arise, anons would indeed speak up - so no worries.

hey bb. how r ya? as u can see from the post above, i'm asking anons discussing board matters to move the discussion over to /bakers meta/. usually don't have this problem, but this week, it's busy.

re cee as gerbil: my only comment is this - we all have 'feelz' about certain things but if it's only that and there is no hard evidence, often better to watch and wait bc otherwise. i see a lot but say little until there is a compelling reason to do so and i have solid evidence, bc we are talking about people's reputations in a public forum. Here is my 2cents: the core gp in the kitchen has worked very well with one another for a long time. other bakers come and go but core gp is still here - and is very tight in a good way. there is no problem.

meme camo project is great. this idea that it should be on /qr/ is a total red herring imo. i will not discuss it with oss anymoar, he will not listen.
