Hey bakers just thought I'd let you know, I'm capable of baking and want to, but my work schedule is hanky janky, meaning sometimes I work 6 to 4, sometimes 3 to 10, it varies, usually a little of both each week. Also, sometimes I get 2 days off and sometimes I get none. Trying to find a spot I can bake that will help alleviate baker shortage, but having a bit of difficulty. Like today I was able to bake early, but bakers had it. Then right when I'm trying to get ready and leave, nobody taking the handoff. Maybe I can just announce my presence and that I have only 1 or 2 bakes in that exact time slot or none and see if bakers want a break and can pick up another later. Anyway, just seeing if you have any ideas on how to help. Ready, willing, and able almost every single day. I am always lurking and keeping up with notables and Q posts when I'm home.
