what bakers need to understand is am and afternoon bakers bake long stretches, are assailed by shills from the get go, it's nice to have a guud clean handoff, NB knows who is giving him the dough, NB offers proof np, I offer proof, no problem, wnb has proof np, KB and newsbaker too, it makes it easy for us all, shills make it difficult and want to pit us against each other
we all know handoff is a quick thing, layout verification, ask for confirm handoff and acknowledge, fast and easy

I was a new baker, not tech savvy at all, still not but I damn sure figured out how to confirm a bake properly and pretty quick, offered to bake and took refusals, baked when there were no other bakers available and when they talked about bakers needing a trip code I went and got one, didn't know what it was but I damn sure had one cause it might be needed, ask around, these classes were started to encourage new bakers, not sure it's working but bullying and demanding shit isnt' gonna cut it either

and he goes from wnb right to my breads, doesn't change a beat, I'm usually in and out of wnb's bread before I start, I see it before I get it
