ya, same, I could get catalog (with #12771 stuck at 640), the index (also frozen) and the bread but nothing was live and /comms/ gave me an error when I tried to access it

there is no way for a BO or BV to see an actual IP of a post.
The board is set up to provide unique "hash" to identify each poster.
To my knowledge the only people who can get to the actual IP address of a post is Ron and the 8kun admin team.
