When baking, I always resisted adding anything to the notables that I thought could be used to discredit us. Things that appeared to be purposeful additions which I could easily imagine becoming the basis for hit pieces against "QAnon".
I believe that is one of the things the current ones baking dislike about /comms.
I'm not speaking for the rest of you but that was my approach.
Some of the current bakers seem to delight in putting stupid stuff and detrimental stuff into the notables.
Which speaks to either their (1) lack of experience in understanding what could be used to discredit Q or (2) demonstrates their motivation to work with MSM to discredit Q & anons.
If shills sense any kind of weakness, they will exploit it. They are like sharks sniffing for blood in the water.

Notice: Shills denigrate EVERY other board than QR. It is PLAIN that their agenda is to herd anons onto a single board and keep us corraled there, where they have max leverage by sheer numbers, lack of administration or rules, a hive mind history filled with claims they have made up about others, etc.
Doesn't matter who makes another board or how they run it or its purpose, shills will ALWAYS try to smear that board and paint it as evil.

Jim W. rightly said that the correct antidote to hate speech is counterspeech. (My paraphrase). Counterspeech takes work. In some cases a lot of work.
And then when you DO engage in counterspeech, it is essentially a meta discussion about "board politics" that changes the focus of the board from decoding Q drops, monitoring & analyzing world events etc., to people arguing with one another. That may be interesting to the people arguing, but from the perspective of people outside of QR who are looking for the drops & the news & anon analysis, it is absolutely worthless and simply a distraction. It look juvenile.
There are some anons who want us to change our focus away from news, truth, analysis, digging etc. and focus entirely on "who is the bad guy here and what bad stuff did they do today".
Wanting this to be the focus, to me, is prima facie evidence of shillery.
