Uploader here. Re: DefDist. I just tested the site with 3 different VPNs via Texas, New York, London, with Tor, and in 3 different browsers in fresh Private Mode.
All show file sizes, download test of Hash txt was successful, with hash compare of that file via different browsers and networks successful.
The abridged link shown on here is only cosmetic and 8chan-specific, the alphanumeric seems to be the most significant identifier of the link. That you can access the folder and show 0 byte files, is something I cannot verify. Re-combo your access mode.
