I have a lot more, most is too large for hatechan though. I have lots of shit about shaped charge design since that is my main interest. Let me know if you want any of it. I also have a .pdf of 'Rifle Accuracy Facts by Harold R. Vaughn' but it clocks in at 839.4 MB or 539.7 MB as a zip. I could upload it somewhere else if it is wanted. It is some serious autism.
Also some EM2 autism.
Cheers for the reading mate. I don't have as many, but here's my contribution.
>Clausewitz, On War.
Fairly sure most of you will have this, but it's worth having it up for whatever newfags wander in.
Probably not even remotely practical, but if any of you crazy bastards want to give it a shot be sure to post about it.
I have the $5/month lite account. I figured it out though; I just copied it to my cloud drive and did a normal download instead of a zip download. Seems to be working now.
Where can I find the whole of this book, or an other edition? I actually just want the info about the food of that 27mm Mauser cannon. The German navy is replacing all 20mm and 40mm autocannons with it, and I wonder how is that supposed to work. Because if it can really compete with a 40mm gun, then that is just fantastic.
>this book is for entertainment purposes only
>building a maser would be a violation of many state and federal laws, as well you could kill yourself
You'd have to look through other logs, the 27mm however.
It can do both jobs "decently enough" with rate of fire and it's size it can do both roles.

Yes, depends if the tactics will work in the game though.
Because you can spread an ideology, information, and inspire a hundred thousand people to fight with a pen. You can only fight so many with a sword alone. Just look at the Bible, Qur'an, communist manifesto, Mein Kampf, etc etc

Maurice - Strategikon
Clausewitz - Principles of War
Clausewitz - On War
There is also Machiavelli's The Art of War but I haven't read it and can't really judge it. General historical military reading should include Thucydides, the Anabasis and Hellenica of Xenophon, Caesar's Commentaries on the Gallic War and Commentaries on the Civil Wars, and Procopius's Wars of Justinian. That's all I've got, I'm sure other people will have a lot of other suggestions. I'd recommend you start with Thucydides.
For modern theory look at Isseron and the Factor of Depth. Anything by Tukhachevsky, and the works of Alfred mayer and his works on naval doctorine.
Also recommened the thirty six strategisims and shit if you like being a pretencious cunning asshole.
I don't remember if I've either read a synopsis of the Art of War or excerpts from it, but I remember it being mostly about his usual thoughts on the military: shitting on mercenaries and insisting on standing armies.
Also, I think it's appropriate to suggest to someone who's out to read Clausewitz to at least familiarize himself with the Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars. It seems, to me at least, as if the whole point of "total war" was that the French kept fucking coming back from the dead.
Mercenaries have been a major part in most conflicts since the times of the Roman Empire. You'd be surprised how big their presence was (and still is). Take Dom Pedro I for example. When he was in Europe in the 1800s, he gathered an army comprised mostly of mercenaries to take back Portugal from his corrupt brother during the Liberal Wars.
I'm fairly aware that merc contracting is widespread, though I wasn't aware that they were widely used in the Liberal Wars. The point was that I couldn't think of any time where they were praised for their service, but now that you mention it there were many mercenaries involved in the independence wars in Latin America. Including ours, no matter how short it was. The most distinguished one that comes to my mind being Thomas Cochrane. But there might have been more rank and file soldiers instead of, well, adventurous European nobles with fuck all else to do.

there's a big book called strategy?
I'm also interested in the internal structures of the military and training and commanding techniques
If anyone has any of the following and could scan it or something I would metaphorically suck your dick:
German U-Boat Commanders of World War II: A Biographical Dictionary
Axis Submarine Successes of World War Two: German, Italian and Japanese Submarine Successes, 1939-1945
German U-Boat Losses During World War II: Details of Destruction
The Milk Cows: The U-boat Tankers at War 1941-1945
U-Boat War Patrol: The Hidden Photographic Diary of U-564
The Destruction of Convoy PQ. 17 (the one by David Irving)
The Type VII U-boat - Anatomy of the Ship (by David Westwood)
Type VII U-Boats (by Robert C. Stern)
..Or really any book with an in-depth anatomical breakdown of u-boats.
And along with that, if anyone has a problem with or some type of knowledge about one of these I'd like to hear it. The first and second to last are going to be the biggest because they both go for anywhere from $300 to $2,000 typically, but the rest count as well.
http://gen.lib.rus.ec/search.php?req=the+type+7&lg_topic=libgen&open=0&view=simple&res=25&phrase=0&column=def
Hot damn, that's a pretty handy site. Thanks mate. Got a couple on my list, namely the anatomical book by Westwood, the most expensive by far, and 'The Hidden Photographic Diary of U-564', so strike those off, but the rest still stand.
cool. there was a book on here a year ago that was like $10k
Nice. Soviet Deep Battle was more advanced that US in the time. Not sure about now. You have to remember though, Soviets have the front as the highest command in an area, the US equivalent of that is the Theatre. However, Russian fronts combine land/air/sea in one front with it's own logistics and is expected to be capable of independently acting on their own for planning Which stalin took out cause fear of muh coups
Would Uboat schematics do?
Theres some good stuff out there.
Also adding ive uploaded more books to the pdfs link posted earlier.
>Viktor Suvorov is a great author.
He was a defector and MI5 asset for 40 years so take everything you read by him with a massive grain of salt. More of a salt boulder really, if you consider that a lot of his work was written by MI5 ghostwriters, or edited by them.
Yes it was MI5 not MI6. MI6 helped him defect, but MI5 was the one that made use of him.
Oh speaking of osprey, a long time ago i got a download of 40 gigs of osprey books off some forum. I think the original link is dead though. I was wondering what would be the best way to upload it? I could use a fresh mega account, but would torrent be better? Ive never made a torrent before. Also it will take over a week, got a vacation planned for next week
Nice, good job guy
any books about the russian Civil war with POV of both Faction (Russian White Armies and Bolshevik Army)
Any Anons read Guy Sajer Books, Are they good? and What was that Book Called about a Detailed story on how the CIA Operated in Afghanistan and Helped Mujahideen in which they turned into the modern day taliban?
Lastly, does any anon had the screencap pic about a list of Recommended Book regarding about the History, Secret Operations and Tactics of the South African 32 Battalion, Rhodesian Light Infantry and Rhodesian SAS?
ah fuck, also forgot to mention about more books on the Rhodesian Fireforce
The Forgotten soldier is one of the best and worst books ever to be written about modern conflict, true to its title, its about Guy and his mates (french volunteers fighting on the eastern front) being forgotten in the ensuing collapse of the german lines and the titanic effort Guy and the rest of the Wehrmacht in stemming the tide of bolsheviks as they fought to save as many civilians as possible.
And even then, that last paragraph doesnt even begin to describe the hardships Guy suffered on the eastern front, the fact that he took part in the eastern front from start to finish is testament alone to human will.
Read the book, then buy it so Guy gets a few shekels, the poor bastard at least deserves that.
PinoyAnon, Guy and his mates went through terrible suffering on the eastern front, from the first terrible winter that caused the germans to retreat all the way to the atrocities the reds were doing on germans and eastern europeans as the germans were pushed back.
He does a good job and trying to describe what happens, but hes a hollow man inside and even words cant describe what he witnessed.
Its a hell of a ride anon, a real page turner.

Both books are avail in ebook format on amazon the others unfortunately would have to be tracked down from libraries and scanned which are way too far for me unfortunately. Selous Scouts for example is in its original hardback at fucking Canberra state library, so close yet so far.

I fastreaded parts of the book and can already tell you that any translation not made by experts will be dangerous to your health.
The book contains the history, uses, composition and recipes of Chemical weapons. It shows the effects and how to protect against them. In combat use of those weapons is also described.
There is a small text at the end of the book that describes biological weapons and how to produce them.
I "try" to translate the recipe for botulism if there is Interest.
There would be interest in that small text you mentioned, but anyone with half a braincell between their ears would be weary of a translation by anyone who isn't an expert in bio/chemical weapons. This isn't the kind of topic were you want to risk things being lost in translation. If you do translate it, put a huge fucking disclaimer on. It won't help you legally but it will make any anon think twice before they use it.
Ok made it. Took 2 hours and was too much work for 3 pages. I tried to translate the meaning of the text to the best of my abilieties. No guarantees that it will work. If somebody manages to poison himself, post it here, so we can have good laugh.
Also for legal reasons im not responsible for your actions and if you dont do your own research on this, you deserve every bad thing happening to you.

Saving up for good things can be hard, but it isn't half as hard as many think it is if you are determined. Use cash when buying things - it prevents governments and businesses from tracking your spending, and it is easier to keep track of how much you spend. Put aside any loose change you get. It all adds up over time. You will be surprised what you can afford after several months of saving up your loose change!

Tracking: A Blueprint for Learning How - Jack Kearney
Kearney was a Border Patrol agent for decades, and is THE godfather of USBP tracking. This is THE first book on tracking skills development that the UW S-P should have on his shelf. More importantly, between this and Diaz’s book, if you actually get off your ass and go practice it, and LEARN the material, you will end up as a damned good journeyman man-tracker, at the least.
Security: A Resistance Manual - by Sam Culper
About the Author (from the book)
Samuel Culper is a former military intelligence professional, and contractor for a US Government intelligence program. The bulk of Sam’s operational experience comes from working missions ranging from All-Source and Human Intelligence to Special Projects, biometrics, targeting, and senior-level advising; including multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Sam left his stateside desk job a couple years ago to pursue other goals.
And, amusingly, they have an entire chapter about what they call (non)violent tactics. Yeah, because everyone is going to be fooled by that bullshit.
Translator Anon here,
Got a similar book in Englisch, found it in the Do/k/ument under Books=Misc=Loompanics.Uncle.Fester.Silent.Death.2nd.Edition.The book got even more recipes and "wellmeaning" advise for use, but as always you are on your own, if you want to try it.

Race doesn't exist, except when they want it to or when they want a race to blame for everything. rolls eyes
>white people and whiteness are oppressing us and keeping us down
>whiteness and white people aren't real
>who can I blame now
>sad
I get a huge fucking kick out of the fact every time you read something neoliberal they spend endless amounts of time quoting people instead of talking about issues. Show's you what true left wingism is, no truth, no search for what is right and correct, just mindlessly repeated mantras and quotes that are "statements of reality". They don't want to give you information to think about, they don't want you to look around you and absorb reality, just remember that these "important' people said these quotes and we'll just get into a big circle jerk and reference one another and quote one another until our echo chamber is filled, and full retard group think breakdown occurs.
Give them short snippets and quotes, over and over again, give them YOUR conclusions in those quotes and mantras, don't let them think, just bombard them with 'very smart people" saying these things until, like any well repeated lie, it becomes the new psuedo truth.
While other men talk about science, economics, resources, engineering, philosophy, the left wing is nothing more than chants, slogans, quotes, mantras, nothing more complicated than what can be shouted over a loud speaker at a retard rally.

"Campaign in Russia– Waffen SS on the Eastern Front" by Leon Degrelle is an incredible read.
Descriptions about every environment encountered during the German push into Soviet territory is vivid, and there is a lot of ideological commentary on foreign opinions and views on the Nazis and their army.
Author was an extremely devout Catholic, just below Brigadier General in the Waffen SS, Belgian, and a former politician before joining the war with his party buddies
I am looking for books or PDFs I was unable to find on the PDFs board, so Ill ask here.
Does anyone here have HEER or SS physical training manuals from the 20's-40's ?

Unrestricted Warfare
Unrestricted Warfare (超限战, literally "warfare beyond bounds") is a book on military strategy written in 1999 by two colonels in the People's Liberation Army, Qiao Liang (乔良) and Wang Xiangsui (王湘穗). Its primary concern is how a nation such as China can defeat a technologically superior opponent (such as the United States) through a variety of means. Rather than focusing on direct military confrontation, this book instead examines a variety of other means. Such means include using International Law (see Lawfare) and a variety of economic means to place one's opponent in a bad position and circumvent the need for direct military action.

The Safe House
by Jefferson Mack
The Safe House reveals all the professional tricks of the trade to setting up and running your own sanctuary. Included are detailed instructions for running a false flag, maintaining security, developing escape routes, using countersurveillance techniques and clandestine commu7nications systems, duping unsuspecting people into helping you and everything else you might need.
Scouting and Patrolling
by Rex Applegate
In our present era of the electronic battlefield, it is wise to realize that some aspects of warfare are unchanging. Scouting and Patrolling is concerned with ground reconnaissance principles that have changed little in the past 200 years. Richard Rodgers, leader of the famed Rodgers' Rangers during the French and Indian War, first laid down the tenets of scouting and patrolling for his elite group of guerrilla fighters. These tenets are still the key to winning battles, particularly in the small brushfire conflicts taking place in third world areas. Col. Rex Applegate originally created and compiled this book during WW II. He did so after realizing that our armed forces lacked a field manual explaining scouting and patrolling methods. It is interesting to note that the U.S. Army has since incorporated some of Scouting and Patrolling into their present FM 21-75. However, they neglected to include many of Col. Applegate's most valuable philosophies, observations, and training exercises.
'thanks for these'
Underground Railroad
by Jefferson Mack
Many times in history, individuals dedicated to freedom have risked everything to help those fleeing unjust persecution. In the United States in the 1800s, the term Underground Railroad was coined to describe the network of citizens who helped slaves in the South find freedom in the North and in Canada. Though slavery has been abolished, there are still injustices, cases in which the law of the land conflicts with the God-given rights of American citizens. And fortunately there are still those who will stand up and help those fugitives find safety and freedom in another place. Jefferson Mack (Safe House, Running a Ring of Spies) believes that, given a chance, many Americans are willing to take that stand, and it is for them that he has written this blueprint for justice. Here you will learn how to organize an underground railroad, spread the word through the grapevine, find and maintain safe houses, build networks of like-minded friends and establish the all-important security features, including how to assess a potential "passenger's" suitability and spot ringers.

Thats always been a cool idea. I did that for a felon so he could escape the country. Took in about 6 people over the course of seven years, desktop internet kiosk, no rent for couch was the policy. All of them got off their feet, got jobs and pads, landlord didnt know because when I had parties, I invited them over and got them fat and drunk, so they never gave me the evil eye like the people before me.
Also, any of you fellow streloks got any armorer guides/blueprints for AK rifles?

Chemistry and Technology of Explosives - Vol. IV
By Urbanski
The book is a masterly treatise, reflecting the author's intimate knowledge of his subject. The manufacture and chemical, physical, and physiological properties of nitro compounds of interest in the technology of explosives are given detailed treatment.
The explosives materials collection covered by this "cookbook" is not complete, of course. It will never be. It may anyway serve as a convenient guide for all occasional or professional users of explosives showing essentially what is available. Each one of the recipes is only a suggestion. It has been tried in this laboratory and it works, but it does not mean that a variation of the recipe does not work. In fact, the most of the recipes still permit substantial improvements. It may remain to the individual explosives materials chemist to work out such improvements. The book is well worth its relatively modest price and is recommended to all with interest in this interesting and actually little known area.
If anyone has the any of the first three volumes, please post them! Especially if they are high quality scans like this one.

Chemistry of Powder and Explosives
By Tenney L Davis
The present volume contains in one binding the whole contents of Volume I, first published in May, 1941, and the whole contents of Volume II which was published in March, 1943. The book was primarily for chemists. The writing of it was commenced in order that a textbook might be available for the use of students in the course in powder and explosives which the author gave for about twenty years (nearly every year since the first World War) to fourth-year and graduate students of chemistry and of chemical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology…. The aim of the book has been too described as clearly and interestingly as possible and as fully as seemed profitable the modes of behavior, both physical and chemical, of explosive substances, whether these modes find practical application or not. Historical material has been included where it was thought that it contributed to this end, and has not been included elsewhere or for any other reason. It is a fact that a knowledge of the history of ideas, of persons, or of things produces something of the same sympathetic understanding of them that living with them and working with them does.
This is the go to book for aspiring pyros and HE chemists.

>The Machine Gun. History, Evolution, and Development of Manual, Automatic, and Airborne Repeating Weapons Bureau of Ordnance Department of the Navy, Washington, 1951 (Vol. I-V)

Homeland Siege: Tactics for Police and Military
Synopsis
America is still in serious trouble. There's no way all of her internal problems have been self-inflicted. Yet, many still believe: (1) ISIS and al-Qaeda are her only foes; (2) her intelligence agencies see every threat coming; and (3) her military is the best in the world at all things. This book reassesses the breakdown from a "bottom-up" perspective, as that's how Islamists, Communists, and criminals like to take over. The tiniest of clues have been collected to arrive at the most likely suspect. Such "qualitative research" is regularly used by U.S. police departments. Even "modus operandi" links to past behavior are allowed in all U.S. courts of law. After detailing the subversion, this book shows how to better combat it at street level. With kidnappings on the rise in Phoenix, it contains the most extensive study of hostage rescue ever attempted and a safer way for grunts and SWATs to quickly seize any contested building.

Anybody have books about the South African border war w/ angola, and books about Portuguese tactics in Mozambique and angola?
Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has access to any books on the "hybrid warfare" (mainly concerning the mixture of irregular and conventional tactics rather than social/political stuff) tactics of Hezbollah in their defense against the IDF. I know very little, haveing read books only related to the subject not actually on it, but what I've read I've found deeply interesting. Thanks.
The first one is a quick summary and the other two go more in depth. They are all about the Israeli-Hezbollah war in 2006. Finding something on hybrid warfare in general is though because Hezbollah is the only force which effectively used it.
Thank anon! I spent my Saturday reading the first two and the forth chapter of the third. While there was much more talk about the (many) failures of the IDF than the (many) successes of Hezbollah I was able to gain quite a bit of information and paths for further inquiry, not to mention the rest of the third book which seems to be by far the best. I'll likely write a question on C2 tomorrow which came into my head while reading, and finish things up.

Are you implying that anyone who isn't an idiot couldn't figure it out themselves?
Or are you saying that all those CIA manuals that ended up in public circulation in the late 70's vanished into thin air?
Either way, if you really can't figure out how you could theoretically construct such a thing, then the internet is a bad place to ask, and logically law enforcement would like to catch people suggesting someone do so (it's not entrapment if someone volunteers the information, after all.)
So go ahead, provide the anon with blueprints if you want.

http://www.survivorlibrary.com/library-download
that'll do pig, that'll do.
check out pole shift survival, should be the first search result
it's reminiscent of yours but a broader range of topics. good resource though 10/10
Requesting any docs related to Integrated Logistics Support Planning that isn't a standards book available on kikepedia.
thanks anon, now I can live out my LARPing dreams as a legion soldier
actually very cool, lots of detailed stuff here
Does anyone have any material on sentry stalking and elimination?
There is some page dedicated to it on "Total Resistance" by Hans von Dach. Though you should take the original German version of the pdf because there is more content in it. The original is called "Der Totale Widerstand".
damn that's a fat ass
Because they hate all hierarchy and authority because they were abused as kids.
The saddest thing is that they think the LARP on any board here is serious and not the fact people have begun rejecting again the liberal muttmocracy Zeitgeist and Weltanschauung, no longer seeing liberal (((democracy))) and (((republicanism))) as the absolute moral authority and realizing that these ideologies and entities do not represent their financial, racial and cultural interests.
They still believe in the myth of a tiny group of XYZ toppling down something ABC like their capeshit kike TV tells them, as if that is how real life works. Frankly a lot of anons here are just as guilty
Depends on the type. Leftist anarchists claim to be against the very idea of hierarchy * which means that their societies will be dominated by natural hierarchies, wherein the center will dictate a new moral order and reset societal degeneration back, to a reign by warrior philosophers *
Ancaps are against the state, which they define as a government of authority by force rather than right * ultimately demanding a return to divine right monarchy, or at least feudal europe- like network of competing hierarchies and allegiances *
The two basically work towards the same outcome the rule of righteous kings, but the left is in denial of it, will destroy the current economic buildup before getting to that end goal, and will be put against the wall and shot like the useful idiots they are.
Any materials on persuasion, coercion, propaganda, manipulation, bodylanguage, information gathering or just blending in plain sight?
Most recent DOT&E (Director, Operational Test and Evalutation) report was just released. I like reading them to see how bad the F-35 seems to be doing.

Does anyone got anything relating to SADF or SWATF?
["22"]
Anyone got a copy of FM 31-36 Night Operations?
Couldn't find the load bearing gear thread anymore, so I'm posting this here. Hope it helps someone.
That's in the Osprey dump link above
this is retarded
Any one have a mobi or epub for RPG?
I got a bunch of homemade shit that ill just dump here because why not
>ancaps
>ultimately demanding a return to divine right monarchy, or at least feudal europe
Um, no. It's conceivable that something vaguely resembling a manorial European arrangement might be able to emerge on a small scale, but the persistence or widespread adoption of such a model requires something to prevent market forces from breaking up large landholdings, like the Law of Entail or Fee Tail did in feudal Europe.
>law of entail
So kingdoms will be inevitable then? Because many people will hold their property to be sacred as it should be

Just wiki'd it:
>During the Vietnam war, the Soviet Union delivered 95 S-75 systems and 7,658 missiles to the Vietnamese. 6,806 missiles were launched or removed by outdating. In total, the U.S lost 3,374 aircraft in combat. According to the Vietnamese, 31% were shot down by S-75 missiles (1,046 aircraft, or 6 missiles per one kill);
> 6 missiles per one kill
>against manned aircraft
Isn't that better than the Patriot's kill ratio against Scuds?
Also the US seems to had way too many aircraft losses for a pre-UAV war.

Anyone got the TOC for this book?
I don't suppose you still have that ZIP with all the gun blueprints in it, Strelok?
Do you mean the 3d printed ones?
From what I heard, spooks actually don't care that we post any of these PDFs, cause most of us are highly unlikely to do anything with any of this information.
Any how CT pdf
spooks dont care what we do with this shit because most of it is declassified anyway.
If anybody's got a copy of 'Chemical Warfare Secrets Almost Forgotten: A Personal Story of Medical Testing of Army Volunteers' by James S. Ketchum collecting digital dust on your HD, I'd really love to take a gander.

An unknown .pdf file I found on some website (http://www.armchairpatriot.com/Home%20Defense/Mil%20Improvised%20Weapons%201/Explosives%20&%20Propellants.pdf). I have no idea if its a real military manual or not. It has something to do with improvised munitions, and it has no title or identification.
I heard their is a pdf about farm defense during the bush war. Has anyone here heard about it or have it?
There's a few works detailing the defensive tactics Rhodesian farmers undertook.
The Farmer at War and Rhodesian Farmers Defensive Arrangements are two works I've seen mentioned often.

I have a question about a cosplay gun. I'd like to mail a video game cosplay gun to one of my models in California. The issue is, Amazon won't let me ship toy guns to Cali. Anyone ever read one of Leo Kesslers book? Are they worth buying?
Anyone got the Poole books? Mixtape is down.
Anyone have english language books of the Portuguese colonial wars post WW2? I have heard the claim that the Portuguese got very good at guerilla warfare and they were generally very good at their african operations but this seems like an even less known topic than the bush war or rhodesia.
The link is down because mixtape.moe is kill.
I searched online for the same book and split it into three parts of 60 pages each (using cpdf) so that the file-size is small enough to be uploaded here.

Is that even a legitimate Army Technical Manual? I've tried researching this in the past since a lot of the shit seems kind of fishy and the writing style seems inconsistent with the style of verified legitimate technical manuals that I've read, and just intuitively it seems like material that would be more well-suited to a field-manual rather than a technical manual. The Library of Congress doesn't have it indexed in field manuals or technical manuals, and I don't think it's because the information is deemed dangerous as there is plenty of "dangerous" material cataloged, indexed, and in the public domain that are indexed here.

Anyone got The Book of Gun Trivia? Similar titles welcome too I guess
It was a limited-issue Vietnam era manual that was deemed "obsolete" the day the war ended, with the information added to the army demolition courses instead.
Paladin Press did a brief reprint, but that didn't last either.

As opposed to what? Take everything with a massive grain of salt.

Who wrote what he should have seen in USSR in 1970s? =)
Between him making fun of Brits, and Brits' own late operations (like magic "novichok" story) amply demonstrating their current ability to construct anything believable, this needs to be taken with an even larger boulder of salt.

Remember, the US Army Green Beret are the ones trained in UW, unconventional warfare, not just CIW Counterinsurgency Warfare.
https://fas.org/irp/doddir/army/fm3-24.pdf
Insurgency in the most basic form is a struggle for control and influence, generally from a position of relative weakness, outside existing state institutions. Insurgencies can exist apart from or before, during, or after a conventional conflict. Elements of a population often grow dissatisfied with the status quo. When a
Chapter 1 1-2 FM 3-24/MCWP 3-33.5 13 May 2014 population or groups in a population are willing to fight to change the conditions to their favor, using both violent and nonviolent means to affect a change in the prevailing authority, they often initiate an insurgency. An insurgency is the organized use of subversion and violence to seize, nullify, or challenge political control of a region.

Makes me think about some good books I read recently. The Poor Mans James Bond volume 2, with a good military treatise on on manufacture and use of chemical weapons and explosives. Newspaper articles about the Hezbollah bombing of the U.S. marines barrracks, which was done with thermobaric explosives. Thermobarics are when you explode certain petroeums like possibly propape, emthane, possibly also exploding oxygentanks with the petroleums. A large truck bomb could posssibly be made using fertilizer explosive and sealing alll the truck seams with epoxy glue or possibly welding. The Construction and Operation Of A Clandestine Laboratory by Jack B. Nimble. Silent Death by Unkle Fester.
The Iraqi dusty agents program was chemical weapons that penetrated chemical weapons suits and masks. The finely powdered talc or polymers were combined with liquid aerosol spray and air tanks tanks could possibly be filled through air compressors with the liquid aerosol spray. I read this in a New York Times article posted on the internet.
