There would be interest in that small text you mentioned, but anyone with half a braincell between their ears would be weary of a translation by anyone who isn't an expert in bio/chemical weapons. This isn't the kind of topic were you want to risk things being lost in translation. If you do translate it, put a huge fucking disclaimer on. It won't help you legally but it will make any anon think twice before they use it.
