"Boom Chicago" in Amsterdam two years prior to hussein making fun of Diebold in a proposal to go into Iran? Been around for a while - first time I have experienced actual tingling on a digg.

So went into the advanced search on USAspending.gov and used three keywords - these are all USG contracts. The advanced search feature has map so you get a quick visual about where the money was spent (place of performance) - capped results (all FYs)
