GEMS is what I think is common to all the voting hardware involved in fraud. But there may be other software as well - not sure at this point. It's the SOFTWARE that's key, from what I can tell. Friend suggested this and I ran with it.

Some of these answers may already be in qresear.ch, but my aim is to use the CHART to map out the relationships so they can be easily seen - gradually expanding it to see the big picture.
Other anons may already have answers, I just started digging hard a coupla days ago. Takes time to develop the mental model, so it's slow going at first. But if we had a core digging group, could develop a pretty good 'map of the territory'. Easier on a smaller like this than on /qr/.
