i used to do that on end

i got real good at figuring out whether the breads were good for the night

if not, i'd go dig some more and finish out the bread before leaving

this was on qrbunker, the bu board i now own

baked the first 10 breads,

the length varied according to size of the bun

when the bun was ready, i baked it then

each one was about 24 hours (new board)

this board is already faster than that

Just looked at the speed of breads so far for MNR (per hour)

#1 30:17

#5 7:00 (projected)

(so far, ~55 posts for the first hour - but there's always more posts at the top. if baking @300 and a conservative rate of ~40 posts/hour, total bake time = 7 hours

(but probably less)

Recommend @200-250 for "greatest bun manageablity" (espec since this is a dayshift - bun gonna be full)
