I'm struck by the contrast and moved to share:
Before reading the story to which this reply is happening, I somehow stumbled upon a vid of 4 men enjoying each other's company and discussing and playing beautifully crafted old guitars.
Vid title was about $275K classical guitar, I hadn't expected to watch the whole thing, but did.

On my way out of there, a vid of one of those men playing a piece on the guitar they'd been discussing catches my eye.
Such beauty, the guitar (which I learned about in the 1st vid), the composition, the playing, the sound ...
Hence the contrast which bid me write this note.
I really don't appreciate such ugliness in my face day in and day out increasingly for years, and when I learn of how their comrades are destroying children (and related matters, like they intend to run the world made yet worse), that's it. I got my war paint on.
I want a world with more of this (embedded) and less of [that].
