Fox News Cancels Lou Dobbs – Their Number One FBN Show

There is only one-way to look at this announcement…. corporate U.S. media is in the tank for the cancel-culture policy against all things President Trump related. P.e.r.i.o.d.

Lou Dobbs has retained the #1 show on FBN for years. He was/is also a staunch advocate fore President Trump and the “America-First” policies against the interests of Wall Street. Lou Dobbs was, is, and will always be, a friend of the Treehouse. A Great American!

[LA Times] – Fox News has canceled “Lou Dobbs Tonight,” the program hosted by television’s staunchest supporter of Donald Trump and of his assertions of voter fraud in the 2020 election, The Times has learned.

Dobbs’ program, which airs twice nightly at 5 and 7 p.m. Eastern on the Fox Business Network, will have its final airing Friday, according to a Fox News representative who confirmed the cancellation. Starting next week, the program will be called “Fox Business Tonight,” with rotating substitute hosts Jackie DeAngelis and David Asman, who filled in for Dobbs on Friday.

Dobbs, 75, remains under contract at Fox News but he will in all likelihood not appear on the company’s networks again. In addition to his Fox Business Network program, he occasionally turned up on the Fox News Channel as a commentator.

The cancellation comes a day after voting software company Smartmatic filed a $2.7 billion defamation suit against Fox News and three of its hosts — Dobbs, Maria Bartiromo and Jeanine Pirro.

Interestingly…. notice who Smartmatic did not sue, Tucker Carlson; providing further evidence of what many -including us- have long suspected… Carlson is controlled opposition.

Also notice that Fox did not give Dobbs an opportunity to say farewell… They are worried about what he would say. Additionally, they want his voice removed before the ridiculous impeachment next week. I am furious… A pox on all their networks !

Lou Dobbs was/is a no-BS guy who had a great way of cutting through the nonsense and looking at current events from the common-sense perspective. That is why he was always successful. In addition, Dobbs held no fear about confronting Wall Street, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Business Roundtable and any corporate media who attempted to deflect away from the epicenter of the issues.

Dobbs will be missed, and hopefully his voice will land again in a place where we can go to listen and share his common-sense analysis. If he broadcasts, they (MAGA) will come.

North Dakota Legislators Plan To Nullify Biden’s Executive Orders At State Level

New legislation would mandate that the State of North Dakota ignore executive orders coming from the Biden administration that are unconstitutional

Republican legislators in North Dakota are taking a pro-active – and constitutional – step to push back against unconstitutional executive orders coming out of the Biden administration, and they are doing so with the power of the US Constitution in their corner.

Specifically, the proposed HB1164, enumerates the following issues for nullification:

Pandemics or other health emergencies

The regulation of natural resources, including coal and oil

The regulation of the agriculture industry

The use of land

The regulation of the financial sector as it relates to environmental, social, or governance standards

The regulation of the constitutional right to keep and bear arms

Additionally, State Rep. Sebastian Ertelt (R), has introduced legislation that would affect the same fate to unconstitutional legislation coming out of the Federal Legislative Branch.

Ertelt’s HB1282 would create a “Committee on Neutralization of Federal Laws.”

This committee, comprised of state legislative leadership and their appointees, would recommend whether a given Federal law or regulation is unconstitutional. Should the committee find that a law or regulation is unconstitutional, the North Dakota Legislature would pass a concurrent resolution on whether to nullify the transgressing law or edict.

After the committee’s recommendation – and until the resolution is passed, state, county, and local agencies would be prohibited from enforcing the law or regulation.

These proposed laws are in a good position to be codified. North Dakota Republicans control the Senate 40 to 7, and the House 80 to14.

Lauren Boebert Has Been Granted Concealed Carry Permit in DC

Rep. Lauren Boebert (CO-03) has been granted a concealed carry permit in Washington DC, according to chief of police Robert Contee.

At a press conference Thursday, Contee also clarified that Boebert has not yet been seen carrying a gun. She previously released an ad of herself walking around the Capitol grounds saying “I will carry my firearm in DC and in Congress.” She has also stated that “I’ve always heard to ‘speak softly and carry a big stick.’ I prefer to speak loudly and carry a Glock.”

Netflix CEO makes huge donation to Gavin Newsom campaign as recall battle intensifies

Netflix CEO Reed Hastings has contributed tens of thousands of dollars to the campaign of California Gov. Gavin Newsom as an effort to remove the Democrat from office nears the required number of signatures to trigger a mid-year election.

Hastings was listed for two donations to Newsom’s 2022 campaign, according to a filing on Friday, for $32,400 and $29,600.

Hastings’ wife, Patricia Ann Quillin, donated identical amounts….

Meanwhile, the campaign to recall Newsom has reached more than 1.4 million signatures. While only 1.5 million are needed by mid-March to trigger a special election, the campaign is hopeful they will comfortably exceed that number.

Biden administration reopening Texas holding facility for migrant children

The Biden administration plans to reopen a holding center for migrant children detained at the country’s Southwest border, the administration confirmed in a statement to Fox News on Wednesday.

The Department of Health and Human Services plans to reactivate a temporary Influx Care Facility in Carrizo Springs, Texas, for the potential care of unaccompanied alien children as necessary, the agency said.

The facility will initially be able to accommodate about 700 migrant children, though capacity can be added if necessary. The government expects to begin housing unaccompanied alien children who have been cleared of COVID-19 quarantine in Carrizo Springs within 15 days. It will not house children under the age of 13.

The DHS noted that Influx Care Facilities are one way to move migrant children out of U.S. Customs and Border Protection facilities and see that they have access to services ranging from medical care to education.

Once referred to the Office of Refugee Resettlement, the government works to assign children to the appropriate care provider facilities and release children to suitable sponsors as their immigration cases proceed.

Trump Impeachment Is Unconstitutional and Reeks of Political Revenge

It’s no secret that from the day after the 2016 election, Democrats had their sights set on impeaching President Trump, even objecting on January 6, 2017 to the electoral votes starting with the State of Alabama, which President Trump won by 28 points, alleging “Russia Collusion.” When the Russian collusion conspiracy was proven to be make believe, they moved on to impeaching him over allegations made by an “anonymous whistleblower” who we later found out worked with Joe Biden when he was vice president. We may never know all the facts about those allegations because House Democrats denied President Trump his Sixth Amendment right to cross examine the witness against him.

Just like the Russian collusion narrative, it was all political theater, engineered before an election, and designed to railroad President Trump and energize the Democratic Party’s base of support at a time when the economy was thriving and our country was at peace. In the Senate there was little appetite for the show trial and the articles of impeachment were rightly dismissed. Trump Impeachment 2.0 is unconstitutional and should also be dismissed by the U.S. Senate.
