Limit the issuance of uniqueIDs to the thread level. Throttle to get a chance to capture traffic as it comes in.

Analyze sources and trace. You'll like run out of icmp responses, but if you gather enough, you might be able to conceivably geolocate.

Look for patterns in image size and intervals posted and set restrictions.
I was talking about this in an earlier thread. I was impressed with this. It's the ultimate way to bring a board like this to its knees.
