Ok, I'm more of a nuts and bolts minded individual but I am more or less computer literate and have an above average machine as a gamer. CM torrents are finished - have EMSSERVER.E01 and EMSSERVER_v2.E01 …… anyone familiar with that file format? What can I do with those?

I got 2 zip files with seemingly random archive names, decompressed them and EMSSEVER.E01 and EMSSERVER_v2.E01 are the two files I'm left with - about 19 gigs each uncompressed.

looked up an e01 viewing tool but it was unable to open it. obfuscated?

This is the metadata from the files extracted straight out of the zip files. one each.

I have no idea if the software I tried was appropriate, I just searched for an e01 reader

spanned files usually have the number in the filename, so it would be .e01 and .e02 if that were the case. I think these are different files.

Plus if 7zip has no idea what to do with it I'm willing to bet it's not an archive

use 7zip, right click 7zip > open archive (submenu) > #

Didn't clip files in the middle they followed the same pattern
