Dear Representatives,

 

We feel compelled to write about recent concerns we have. Both on our behalf and for all of our co-workers. We hope the points presented can be taken with an open mind and as a warning for dangerous future legal risks our union might be accepting.

 

To that end, the following two items are REQUIRED to earn a yes vote from ALL of us.

 

⁃ Complete rejection of any and all vaccine mandates

⁃ Complete rejection of any and all vaccine status inquiries by employer

(note: this specifically includes Complete rejection of any visible marking of crew members with colored stickers or similar - incredibly violating)

 

Omission of either from any new contract will require us to immediately vote NO for any new contract. We have no choice in this. For us, this is non-negotiable, there is no possible compromise, and this is essentially a “one issue” contract. Forcing people to give up freedom over their own bodies is unacceptable and goes against every value this country, and all of humanity, cherishes and protects.

 

If a contract is presented without these two essential provisions, we will also be voting against all current leadership in every future election if they promote this atrocity. To us, that would be an inexcusable betrayal of the responsibility of representation, something that could not forgotten or forgiven.

 

It is already unconscionable that in the recent RTW update our unions agreed to allow production companies to mandate an Experimental Gene Therapy as a condition of employment. According to widespread international adoption of the Nuremberg Code decades ago, this is officially classified as a “Crime Against Humanity”.

 

Does IATSE really want to open itself up legally to liability for future lawsuits? The risk of this is real and would bankrupt the union along with all of our pension accounts. We are worried that the union is already at liability risk with the recent RTW agreement and suggest it be retracted immediately with all references to vaccine mandates removed.

 

You may have heard the argument that we are free to choose another job, so it is not really a “mandate”. That is inaccurate in the eyes of the law, which clearly states any groups, not just governments, mandating OR coercing participation in Medical Experiments are equally culpable and guilty of crimes. Manufacturers have been granted immunity from liability decades ago. That protection does not extend to employers or unions. If a member is coerced into participating in Medical Experiments to keep their job and suffers a debilitating injury, or death, the employers and the unions collaborating in this coercion are BOTH liable and could be sued.

Another glaring source of future liability is any representative verbally or in writing claiming that these Experimental shots are “safe”. Members are being told by their business managers to just get the shot because it is “safe” and "not a big deal”.

 

The safety has NOT YET been determined, these Medical Experiments are UNAPPROVED by the FDA. They are currently only AUTHORIZED FOR USE under an “Emergency Use Authorization”. That is NOT equivalent to being APPROVED for “safe” use.

 

The safety is still being vigorously debated on a global stage. As of 7/30/2021 (8 months of Covid shots) there have been 12,366 DEATHS associated with these Covid Experimental Gene Therapy shots reported to the national Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS). To put this into perspective, that number is 50% more than ALL OTHER vaccine related reported deaths COMBINED (8,858) since the beginning of the VAERS database 30 YEARS AGO. In only 8 months.

 

Union representatives should STOP using the word "safe" to coerce the members you represent into participating in a Medical Experiment. This is not a grey area legally. It is a crime to try and convince someone that any of these Medical Experiments are “safe”. It is still conceivable that in the future we find out these shots don't work. On Friday, August 6th, CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky stunned many viewers of CNN with the following shocker: "Our vaccines are working exceptionally well. They continue to work well for Delta in regard to severe illness and death being prevented. BUT WHAT THEY CAN’T DO ANYMORE IS PREVENT TRANSMISSION." So, why then are we mandating shots that don't prevent covid from spreading. What is the point of that? This new development suggests that these shots aren't as protective as previously thought. We could still eventually find out that they are dangerous. You need only research the risk of “Pathogenic Priming” or “Antibody Dependent Enhancement” that medical professionals and clinical experts have been warning us for almost a year might present with this type of Experimental Gene Therapy. Union representatives using terminology now such as “safe” open the union up to legal liability in the future.

 

Safety debates aside, we are not asking that as a union we collectively decide about the potential dangers and/or efficacy of the vaccine…that may never be agreed upon, even by some of the smartest minds in Medicine. We are only asking you to seriously consider the fact that at the end of the day there are certain inalienable rights that simply must never be violated, no matter what you believe. Even those of us who have gotten one of these shots agree that what we put into our body (especially things that can’t be removed, ever) and the decision on whether or not to participate in any medical treatment must remain a PRIVATE and PERSONAL decision between a patient and their doctor. Mandating such participation is unacceptable. There is a large constituency of members that completely rejects this coercion and will vehemently vote against it. We would have seen this already if the recent RTW agreement was put up for a vote.

 

Consider this precedent being set: We draw up papers with a lawyer demanding information on the status of all other employees' health conditions in regards to other forms of communicable diseases. Demanding information on employees with AIDS, hepatitis, flu, STDs measles, mumps, and so on, then force the employers to make immediate policies to section off employees who have any illness that can be spread, including the common cold, and maybe wear a colored sticker that indicates which illness they have. If an employer is going to take responsibility in stopping the spread of covid-19, they will then be liable for the spread of anything else. Is this the future you want for our industry? It is an absurdity. What possible madness is next in this fear driven mania? Those of you casually conceding to these demands may not like the future consequences. Don't let fear drive us to bad decisions for some unrealized promised safety.

We are prepared and resolute in our commitment to fully walk away from this industry if it goes down this dark path. We could not in good conscience support a union or an industry promoting these human rights abuses. We love this business; we feel we are a part of something that actually does change the world (some of us for decades). However, we can't contribute to an industry if it is promoting crimes against humanity. These policies being pushed are immoral, and considering the influence Hollywood exerts over most of the world, these policies are a threat to all of humanity. We refuse to be a part of that. With the global stage we occupy, what we should be doing is setting an ethical example and be united to reject human rights abuses.

 

We believe the IA does have its members best interests at heart. Lately, we have seen some horrible decisions that can only be attributed to woeful misinformation and likely terrible advice. We are writing with the intent of saving our union because we all love it and love our careers in this industry. With the recently updated RTW agreement (un-voted on by the membership), IATSE is showing it is being irresponsible with its members physical safety and financial security. We are sincerely hoping now you find the courage to correct this mistake. Please REACH OUT and talk to members about this issue. That is something that hasn't been happening enough lately. We think you will find a vast majority completely reject a policy that forces or coerces Medical Experiments and treatments on members as a condition of employment. There are a lot of us that believe this. Please keep us all working. Don’t jeopardize the ratification of a hard-earned contract with one bad decision. Stand up for what is right, just, and ethical, and the members will rally and align with you. Please do the right thing, and don't force us to walk away from an amazing industry.

It’s just a minor inconvenience. It’s just not being allowed to carpool. It’s just not socializing for a while. It’s just a mask. It’s just not traveling for a while. It’s just not hugging people for a while. It’s just missionary sex that is risky.

 

It is just not seeing your family and friends for a while. It’s just not visiting your grandparents temporarily. It’s just your grandparents not having visitors for their safety. It’s just one birthday you have to sacrifice. It’s just one Thanksgiving alone. It’s just one Christmas without your family. It’s just two birthdays you had to sacrifice. It is just not celebrating any milestones for a year and a half.

 

It’s just temporary. It’s just a safety measure. It is just your ability to pay cash. It is just contact tracing. It is just a health screening. It is just a temperature check. It is just a scan of your face. It’s just a minor loss of privacy.

 

It is just one semester. It is just two semesters. It is just one year out of your child’s life. It is just one more semester. It is just a high school graduation.

 

It’s just the birth of your grandchild that you missed. It is just not being able to be there for your relatives when they are ill or dying. It is just not having a funeral. It is just in person that you cannot grieve with your loved ones. It is just not getting to attend religious service. It is just not getting to practice some parts of your religion.

 

It is just misinformation that is being censored. It is just conservatives that are being censored. It is just some of the science that is being censored. It is just the people who have the opposing opinions that are banned online. It is just the opposition that the White House is targeting for censorship. It is just bad opinions that are being censored.

 

It’s just the economy. It is just small business owners who are suffering financially. It is just poor people who are suffering financially. It is just people of color who are suffering financially. It is just financial suffering. It is just a few small businesses that had to close permanently. It is just a few big businesses that closed.

 

It is just not going farther than a few kilometers from your house. It is just a curfew. It is just a permission slip. It is just being alone for two weeks. It is just being socially isolated for one year.

 

It is just one vaccine. It is just one set of booster shots. It is just regular booster shots every six months. It is just another two weeks. It is just one more lock-down. It is just once a week—twice tops—that you will have to prove that you are fit to participate in society. It is just the unvaccinated that will be segregated from society. It is just a medical test.

 

Pretty simple, no?

 

Just fucking do it.

 

But when you add up all the “justs,” it amounts to our entire lives.

 

For over a year and a half and counting, we have been robbed of the ability to live our lives fully, to make meaningful choices for ourselves, and to express our values the way we see fit.

 

It is “just” the inability to express our humanity and the total negation of our very selves. All of these measures have served as a prohibition of expressing outwardly one’s valid and complex internal reality. This kind of suppression of self does violence to one’s very soul.

 

All of these supposedly little and supposedly short-lived “justs” have transformed us into totalitarian states from which there appears to be no endpoint.

 

In New York City, California, Australia, etc., the people have permitted government such control over our daily lives that we have to ask it for permission to control our bodies, to move freely, to practice religion, to educate our children ourselves, to protest, etc.

 

Soon Biden, Trudeau, and other world leaders are going to clamp down on our ability to express ourselves and to associate with each other online so that we can no longer question, object to, or organize against government action. It is the destruction of democracy.

It comes as NSW and Federal authorities warn they are witnessing growing “online extremism” leading to the ­arrests and charging of multiple people in recent weeks.

 

This week doctors and nurses spoke emotionally of internet conspiracy theory QAnon brainwashing their loved ones.

 

The pandemic frontline heroes are now returning home from Covid-filled wards to friends and family who ­believe Covid is a hoax or the pandemic is a plot by evil ­global “elites”.

 

Prime Minister Scott Morrison, on Wednesday, was asked what his government was doing to stop the online conspiracy theories that are threatening the crucial vaccine rollout.

 

“Crazy rubbish conspiracy theories have no place when it comes to the public health of this country and this government will have no association with it,” Mr Morrison told Question Time.

 

“Countering misinformation is a task for all of us, it is certainly a task for the government and one we are acting on.”

 

NSW Police said Covid-19 had “enlivened extremist views and conspiracy theories” which exploit the internet’s capacity to connect.

 

“This has seen an increase in online extremist commentary with mixed and often complementary ideologies,” a spokeswoman said, noting it was almost entirely online.

 

“The risk associated with this activity is a concern and the NSW Police Force closely monitors online activity and assesses online sentiment.”

 

The Fixated Persons Unit, which monitors the ideologically motivated potential threats inside the state, has charged three people for online threats since the start of July.

 

The Australian Federal Police said it had observed nationalist, racially motivated and religious extremists among those “exploiting public fear” during the pandemic.

 

“Ideologically motivated violent extremism (IVME) propaganda, and increased time spent online, has seen extremist narratives influencing a broad mainstream audience,” an AFP spokesman said.

 

“This comes in many forms including by spreading disinformation, conspiracy theories, and in some cases to incite violence.”

 

“Extremists do this for a range of reasons including to promote their ideology and recruit new members.”

 

Last week the AFP arrested a group for allegedly starting their own “strain of the AFP” using a fake video they circulated online.

 

In the video a man, masquerading as AFP Commissioner Reece Kershaw, allegedly urges people to join them as they work to overthrow the Commonwealth Government.

 

The fake AFP had allegedly established its own commissioners and was issuing “arrest warrants” for high profile Australians as it planned to “dissolve” the government.

 

Such expressions are commonplace among the QAnon, Sovereign Citizen, anti-lockdown and other conspiracy movements.

 

Investigators allege the group is IVME motivated.

 

Joint Counter Terrorism Teams, the AFP’s specialist squads, say they have disrupted multiple IVME plots this year — and say they will continue to disrupt others.

 

“Our community and our families are going through some very testing and trying times right now,” the AFP spokesman said.

 

“Many Australians are doing it tough because of the pandemic and are being targeted while they are vulnerable. The Covid pandemic will not stop the work of JCTTs in ensuring the safety of the community.”

 

Since 2014 there have been nine terror attacks and 21 major disruptions, the AFP said — of these two were IVME plots.

 

The AFP spokesman urged the community to only get their information from trusted sources.

 

The Prime Minister said he was working with multicultural and faith leaders, particularly in South West Sydney, to have the trusted community figures encourage vaccines.

 

Regional neighbours Papua New Guinea, he said, were also fighting against a tide of misinformation and Australia was working to increase vaccine uptake there.

 

Health Minister Greg Hunt told Question Time his department was “mythbusting” across multiple languages.

A Mark Zuckerberg-funded nonprofit, the Center for Election Innovation and Research, gave a virtually inactive Michigan nonprofit, The Michigan Center for Election Law and Administration, a $12 million grant in September 2020 for the putative purpose of helping voters figure out how to navigate the supposed complexities of mail-in ballots, as The Michigan Star reported in April 2021.

 

Ninety-nine percent of the $12 million grant – more than $11.8 million – was used to pay two highly partisan Democrat political consulting firms, according to the Michigan Center for Election Law and Administration (MCELA) Form 990 for the year 2020 filed with the Internal Revenue Service in May of this year.

 

In the MCELA Form 990, the non-profit reported that it had started the year with zero (0) dollars of cash on hand and had received zero contributions in 2019. But then in 2020, it received $12,040,000 in “contributions and grants,” namely the huge one-time gift from the Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR).

 

MCELA started the year on January 1, 2020 with no money in the bank, received $12,040,000 from the Zuckerberg-funded CEIR some time between September 1, 2020 and October 15, 2020, spent $11,889,365 in the last few months of 2020, and ended up with just $150,635 cash on hand on December 31, 2020.

 

There were only two expenditures reported in 2020 by MCELA, both for “media strategy and purchase.” The biggest, for $9,799,407, went to Waterfront Strategies in Washington, D.C., a firm that specializes in handling media buys for Democrat and left-wing interest groups. Waterfront Strategies is an in-house subsidiary of GMMB, the largest Democratic consulting firm in the United States. GMMB was instrumental in electing Barack Obama and countless other Democrat office holders. ..

Fauci Confirms "Likely, Inevitable" Everyone Will Need COVID Vaccine Booster Shot

 

Within the space of a few days, the narrative has shifted from "if" booster shots are even necessary, to "only for immunocompromised", to "only for those who got vaccinations early on, due to fading efficacy", and now today, His Omniscience Anthony Fauci told 'CBS This Morning' that while it is imminent that immune compromised people will get Covid-19 vaccine booster shots, it is likely that at some point in the future everyone will need one.

 

“It’s likely that that will happen at some time in the future,” Fauci said, when asked if everyone will need a booster shot at some point.

 

That's "science" folks!

 

Fauci noted that this is data is being followed in real time, “literally on a weekly and monthly basis,” with cohorts of all different populations to determine if the level of protection is starting to attenuate.

 

“When it does get to a certain level, we will be prepared to give boosters to those people, but from what you just said a moment ago, it is imminent that we will be giving it to immune compromised,” he said.

 

As a reminder, the FDA is reportedly expected to announce soon that it will authorize COVID-19 vaccine booster shots for immunocompromised Americans.

 

Fauci also said during an interview on NBC News' "Today" show Thursday, that:

 

"Inevitably, there will be a time when we'll have to give boosts to the general population."

 

As far as furiously moving goalposts goes, Fauci admittred earlier in the week that the Delta variant presents the additional problem that vaccinated people can also transmit the virus to someone else. That has led to the CDC revising its mask guidelines recently. But, he stressed:

 

“The vaccines are still doing what you originally want them to do – to keep you out of the hospital to prevent you from getting seriously ill.”

 

Actually, what the CDC "originally" wanted the vaccines to do, was to prevent those who were jabbed from infecting others. Only later did we learn that too was a fabrication.

 

Perhaps the most 'new' science is the following…

 

"No vaccine, at least not within this category, is going to have an indefinite amount of protection."

 

Fauci comments come as debate grows over “breakthrough” infections among fully vaccinated people and whether approval should be given for booster shots. On Sunday, Israel, the first nation to roll out booster shots widely, said it had given more than 420,000 third shots to people 60 and over. At least 14 Israelis have already caught Covid-19 after having been injected with a booster shot, suggesting that the booster shot will be the first of many, and will likely last all the way through the mid-term elections because, well, mail-in ballots next November.

Danish WHO Chief Says COVID "Patient Zero" Was Likely Wuhan Lab Worker

 

One of the World Health Organization’s leading infectious diseases experts says that the first COVID ‘patient zero’ was “likely” a lab worker at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

 

Peter Embarek, who spearheaded a WHO team sent to investigate the lab earlier this year, told Danish television that the likely source of the pandemic was someone infected by a bat during fieldwork or at one of the laboratories in Wuhan.

 

“This is where the virus jumps directly from a bat to a human,” reports Denmark’s TV 2 News.

 

“In that case, it would then be a laboratory worker instead of a random villager or other person who has regular contact with bats. So it is actually in the probable category.”

 

The report notes that the type of bat involved in passing on the infection, the horse shoe bat, was only present inside the Wuhan lab and does not live naturally in the general Wuhan area.

 

“An employee who was infected in the field by taking samples falls under one of the probable hypotheses,” said Embarek.

 

Embarek’s new assessment contradicts the results of the WHO investigation, which originally asserted that the lab leak origin was “extremely unlikely.”

VA to Require COVID-19 Vaccine for All Health Care Workers and Hospital Volunteers

 

Starting Friday, the Department of Veterans Affairs will require nearly all health care personnel, support staff, volunteers and contractors in the Veterans Health Administration to be vaccinated against the coronavirus. That means almost every one of the 360,000 employees of the VHA will be required to get the vaccine by Oct. 8.

 

VA Secretary Denis McDonough announced Thursday that the employees who work under the designations "Hybrid Title 38" and "Title 5" must be vaccinated in the next eight weeks or face disciplinary action.

 

The personnel include psychologists, pharmacists, social workers, nursing assistants, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, peer specialists, medical support assistants, engineers, housekeepers and other clinical, administrative and infrastructure support employees, according to a VA press release.

 

In addition, volunteers and contractors who work in VA medical centers or clinics, "visit VHA facilities or otherwise come into contact with VA patients and healthcare workers" must be immunized, the release adds.

 

"We're now including most VHA employees and volunteers and contractors in the vaccine mandate because it remains the best way to keep veterans safe, especially as the Delta variant spreads across the country," McDonough explained in the release.

Often, during a forensic analysis, you may need to explore an EWF image (usually a file with .E0X extension) in order to extract some artifacts.

 

EWF files (Expert Witness Format) are a type of disk image, that contain the contents and structure of an entire data storage device, a disk volume, or (in some cases) a computer’s physical memory (RAM).

 

EWF files consist of one or more sections, each with its own header and section-level fixity data, usually in the form of an Adler-32 checksum, compressed into 32 kb chunks which are stored back to back in groupings inside the file to improve random access efficiency.

EWF files may take one of two forms

 

The first is referred to as a “bitstream or forensic image”: a sector-by-sector copy of the source, replicating the structure and contents of the storage device independent of the file system, including inactive data like the files and fragments that reside in unallocated space including deleted files that have not yet been overwritten.

 

The second form is called “logical evidence file” and it preserves the original files as they existed on the media and also documents this metadata:

 

assigned file name and extension

datetime created, modified, and last accessed

logical and physical size

MD5 hash value

permissions

starting extention and original path

 

Logical evidence files are typically created after an analysis locates some files of interest, and for forensic reasons, they are kept in an “evidence grade” container.

Texas Tribune Issues HUGE Correction After ‘Mistakenly’ Reporting 5,800 Children Hospitalized with Covid in One Week

 

Isn’t it odd that the “mistakes” only go in one direction?

 

The Texas Tribune issued a MAJOR correction on Thursday after ‘mistakenly’ reporting 5,800 children were hospitalized with Covid in a 7 day period.

 

The report claimed there was a huge spike in Covid cases among children which led to 5,800 kids being hospitalized in one week.

 

The Texas Tribune corrected their false reporting after the lie made it around the world and caused unnecessary panic.

 

There was actually 783 hospitalizations in a 40-day period.

 

An earlier version of this story overstated the number of children who have been hospitalized in Texas recently with COVID-19. The story said over 5,800 children had been hospitalized during a seven-day period in August, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. That number correctly referred to children hospitalized with COVID-19 since the pandemic began.In actuality, 783 children were admitted to Texas hospitals with COVID-19 between July 1 and Aug. 9 of this year.

Yet Again, the Media's Covid Narrative Doesn't Add Up

 

If one were to go only on what one reads or sees in the media, one would think it’s the spring of 2020 all over again. The headlines are filled with stories of overcrowded hospitals, overwhelmed medical personnel, and predictions of people dying in parking lots waiting for medical care. The news articles generally quote a staffer of some kind at various hospitals and then leave it at that.

 

It’s difficult to know what to make of these stories. After all, we heard very much the same thing during March, April, and May of 2020. Local governments were building makeshift hospitals in conventions centers—yet they went unused. Memphis’s overflow hospital was closed down after an entire year of never housing a single patient. In late 2020, after months of media reports that New York hospitals were utterly overwhelmed, Andrew Cuomo announced New York hospitals “were never overwhelmed.” Colorado built a 2,200-patient overflow hospital. It was never used. Last spring, a $17 million overflow facility in Houston was dismantled without ever being used.

 

Now we’re being told that this time, they really mean it and hospitals are on the verge of overflowing.

 

Yet, according to data from Johns Hopkins, most of these cases may be overstated. In Texas, for example, where hospitals have been a subject of countless recent stories about overflowing ICUs, the state is a long way from reaching its earlier peaks of 2020. Moreover, Texas is now staffing fewer ICU beds overall. The story is the same in Georgia, that supposed home of an “experiment in human sacrifice” where officials were among the first to end stay-at-home orders in 2020. Indeed, it’s clear most of the country—regardless of the state’s use of mask mandates or stay-at-home orders—remains well behind previous peak levels.

 

One outlier in terms of hospitalizations, however, is the state of Florida. Numbers in Florida do appear to be closer to previous peaks that most other states, and ICU usage is now larger than what it was during the summer of 2020.

 

Why is this?

 

According to many reports from the corporate media, this must be because the state’s governor is Ron DeSantis. Because of his connection to the Trump movement, the media has predictably focused on DeSantis and his policies as alleged drivers of rising covid cases in Florida. The preponderance of media articles about Florida are careful to mention that the state’s governor Ron DeSantis has opposed mask mandates, vaccine passports, and stay-at-home orders.

 

The implication, of course, is that DeSantis’s opposition to these measures has somehow caused today’s rising number of hospitalizations.
