The problem is that GEMS fractionalizes votes in several ways - no "one man, one vote" - and that is the problem

GEMS is used in a number of voting systems. One of the challenges of analyzing what is going on with voting systems corruption are all the different companies involved and how they interrelate.

In my expert opinion, the DVS Democracy Suite, Scytl/SOE Software/eClarity and Smartmatic

have not produced auditable results in the 2020 election. '''It is evident that ballots were not

instability even several days prior to November 4, 2020 that require DVS to implement software
